  • Vacker lägenhet på stranden. AC i varje rum. Bara några steg från stranden och fem minuter från Laie, det polynesiska kulturcentret, BYU-Hawaii, affärer och fantastiska restauranger. Resa någonstans på ön från busshållplatsen i närheten. Bekvämt beläget inom 20 minuter från världens mest populära stränder och surfplatser inklusive Waimea Bay, Sharks Cove, Turtle Bay, Pipeline, Sunset & Pounders! Pool och gym på plats. Bra strand för snorkling och barn som leker i vattnet.

    Detta lägenhetsanläggning (Pat's at Punalu'u) ligger i Hauula på Oahos norra strand bara 5 minuter från Laie, är en av de mest kända samhällena i The Jesus of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints och platsen för Laie Hawaii Temple, världens femte äldsta operativa tempel. Brigham Young University-Hawaii ligger i Laie. Polynesian Cultural Center, statens största levande museum, drar årligen miljontals besökare.

Ideal location for island exploring and an amazing view for evenings and early mornings. We had two young kids and the stay was perfect for a family of 4. Even though the building was undergoing renovations during the stay, the disruption was minimal for our unit.

This place was absolutely perfect. It was so calm and peaceful very clean. Had all the amenities that I needed. The view and the location was awesome. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will definitely be booking again.

Wonderful time

We had a great time! The location was amazing! The managers were very prompt on a small issue we had. Would definitely stay again! The sound of the ocean and sunrise were perfect!

Loved the amenities of the building - the kids loved the boogie board. We enjoyed the East side of the island immensely and the shops on the road. Kaya's was closest and delicious!

The location is great. Right on the beach. Sunrise views are amazing. The building itself is very old, dirty, and rusty looking. Lots of construction going on. Hopefully at the end of all the construction it will be better. The room is decent and you can see the upgrades that have been done. I didn't like seeing the roach traps in the rooms. I did have to deal with a couple of bugs in the room . There is no cable TV so be prepared for that. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the suite. But be prepared the dryer vents into the room so it makes the room hot when you run it. The two AC units do it's best to cool the rooms and it's serviceable but not convenient because of the noise they make. The fold-out bed mattress is very thin so not very comfortable. The room itself is great compared to the overall building. You pick this location because of the views and ability to be right on the beach. Those are amazing. The communication from the owner is excellent they stay on top of communicating with you. The owner provides great amenities to help with your stay in terms of beach equipment and some kitchen supplies. I give it 3 out of 5 stars. I'm not sure I would stay here again but would consider it if all the upgrades to the building have been completed. Again pick this location because of the location itself and ability to be on the beach but don't expect a top tier suite.

This is a quaint place right on the beach. The property management company was very easy to work with and a check in process was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous views!!!!! 25 min drive to North Shore. Great condo. Loved watching Sea Turtles swim from balcony. We tried the bottom bunk beds, but found the bed in the living room better. Only suggestion is to get better curtains for living room that are not so see through.

Family Vacation in Punalu’u

We had a great stay! The unit was cozy and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Any issues that came up were handled quickly and professionally. Really appreciated the hospitality!

What’s not to love being on the beach!

Great stay. We loved being on the beach to get in whenever we wanted to. Also, the hosts were so good at communicating.

Had a great stay here. The sea view right out of the balcony is unbeatable. We spent many many hours there. The house is clean with all amenities. Brett was super responsive to any questions we had. One note, that the pool was closed for maintenance. Had no effect on us with the beach in front that was excellent for swimming with calm waters and turtles :) . Overall, great stay. Would love to come back and stay here.

Lovely, fully renovated, fully equipped, spacious beachfront apartment. Our 2 kids and us had a fantastic stay. It was just awesome waking up at that breathtaking view of the ocean every day!

Beautiful condo at Pats that fit oyr family of 5 easy. This condo as everything you need to stay comfortably from the kitchen ware, the liens, and bonus beach gear! Thanks Bret for a great stay.

The Hawaiian dream

Came to Hawaii to bring my twins back after their freshman year at collage and found this absolute jewel of a condo. Our family of 6 had enough room to relax with the pull out bed in the living room and watched the ocean. And Hauula is a beautiful small town with amazing views of the mountains and ocean. It just was the perfect spot for all my family's needs. As i now have a pretty good reason to visit Hawaii often, i 100% will stay here everytime. And the staff was amazing.

Great location

Love the location and the view. The condo had plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was disappointing not being able to use the lanai during the day because of the construction. Overall a really great place to stay. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you.

The condo was amazingly renovated. Everything felt new, with good taste and new. Amazing floor, amazing countertops, very nice cabinets.The location was also amazing, basically right above a nice quiet beach so we did snorkel there a couple times before going to the more famous ones (Kuilima cove was nice)There is a very good coffee Shak just 0.5 mile away, that also have nice drinks for the kids and a very good restaurant (crouching lion) 3 miles away, we ate there every dinner :). The coffee shak is in the direction of the crouching lionOverall great experience

Nice view towards the sea with sunrise over the ocean. Very clean, good apartment for five people with ample space. Nice and good quality furniture. Helpful and very friendly staff. Great place to explore the Oahu North Shore. We would definitely book again!

Great Location with space for the family

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great safe beach with amazing sunrises. Space for everyone to do their thing which was important to us with teenagers. All facilities are available. Just what was needed to sit back and relax after a busy holiday.
