“Property is in a nice location with river view and close to Campbellford. Pool was small but very clean. Cabins, however, are old, run-down and not very clean. Ceiling fan didn't work, light bulbs were missing, some windows would not open and fire pit was not cleaned out from previous guests prior to our arrival. Cabins and property need a freshening and fixing up.”

“We enjoyed our stay despite some cold and rainy weather, it was nice to relax on the screened in porch with my dogs. Property was clean and supplied with propane and firewood. It was too bad the dock was broken from a tree falling earlier in the week since I was most looking forward to it, it would have been nice to receive advanced notice but I understand nature happens.
