Hotell nära Hawthorne Plaza

“Staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was always good.”

“nice location”

“Breakfast just average, slow check in, check out good. Elevator doors dirty in and out. Room and bed good.”

“It was a great location except construction. Lots of places to go to eat.”

“So quiet and clean. Traveling as a single female and felt completely safe the entire time.”

“What was unique, the size of the room, very large. Also liked the ceiling light, which brightened the room. I did not like the overall appearance of the hotel which could use a facelift. The shower was great. You could feel the mattress coils, very uncomfortable. The pillows felt like a bunch of cotton balls . No firm pillow, very uncomfortable.”

“they were great! definitely staying here again!”

“The front office doesn’t open until 9am”

“Funky decor. Enormous bathroom. Good size room Only one charger outlet by the beds and it was not in the middle. It’s 2024, charging outlets should be by every bed or every side of the bed. ”

“The lady at front desk was amazing. It’s in a good location and it’s peaceful and quiet”

“Food was not good. Everywhere your food is the same with tacos”

“Everything was fine. They was a bottle of water in the room. One bottle for the length of your stay (even if 2 or more people in the room). The young woman that works there first offered to sell us another bottle of water and I said no since we were going to the supermarket anyway which is a block away. She then gave us a bottle. It seems that the policy of just 1 regular bottle per stay is below the standard expected at a Hilton brand. Why annoy people over a bottle of water?”

“I have stayed here 3 different times within the past year and it has always been a 10/10! I love the spacious rooms, it’s quiet, with easy access to my vehicle with multiple entry and exit points that are secure, safe, with well lit areas. The gym, workout center is excellent, providing cold water and towels. Such a n excellent stay! If I could live here for a year, I might just do that.”

“My stay was good except when I returned in the evening my door would not unlock. Had to wait for staff to come change the battery. Waited about 29 min in the hall and had to call the desk again, he did then come up right away.”
