Welcome to your coastal retreat in Hayborough, where sleek design meets family comfort just moments from the sand. The open living area is bright and inviting, with leather sofas, vibrant artwork, and a TV—perfect for relaxed afternoons as the sea breeze drifts through.

The kitchen combines style and function, featuring a bold turquoise splashback, breakfast bar, and modern appliances, including a double-door fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The dining area is ideal for shared meals and easy evenings together.

Three bedrooms offer flexible accommodation. The primary suite includes a king bed and ensuite with a rain shower. Two additional bedrooms feature queen beds, with one also offering a private TV. A daybed with trundle can be set up for extra guests. The main bathroom includes a freestanding tub, dual vanities, and a walk-in rain shower, plus a full laundry for convenience.

Outdoors, a fenced lawn gives kids space to play, while the enclosed patio with lounge seating and ceiling fans is perfect for year-round entertaining. A sunlit front deck with dining and a swing offers a quieter place to unwind. Just beyond the gate, the coastal bike trail runs past the home for scenic rides along the shoreline.

Free on-site and street parking are available, including a covered carport suitable for boat storage. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans ensure comfort year-round.

No parties, no pets, and no smoking anywhere on the property. A $200 fine applies for any non-compliance.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee—please request at booking. All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due seven days prior to arrival. A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, including submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Please treat our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
