Welcome to our serene retreat in Branson West, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath black house nestled amidst nature on a private 35 acres and just minutes from Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake.

Inside, you'll find a cozy king bedroom and a comfortable queen bedroom, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. Unwind in the tranquil ambiance with the melody of birdsong and amenities such as a fire pit, surround sound TV, family games, and a record player for entertainment.

Step outside to our inviting outdoor spaces, featuring a grill for cookouts, outdoor dining area, and a relaxing sitting area where you can enjoy the fresh air and serene surroundings. Our covered patio has everything you'll need for a relaxing evening, TV, hot tub, and fire pit! Our circle driveway makes parking convenient, especially for boats.

The kitchen is stocked with essentials and includes a margarita machine for added enjoyment. Additional sleeping space is available with a pull-out queen sofa bed, accommodating larger groups comfortably.

**Open after April 6th. Access to a private pool is just a stones throw away. Located a short walk or drive past Hideaway in the Treetops (1/4 mile) is a private pool, shared with one other home on the property. Complete with a covered patio, TV, bathroom, and refrigerator the Hideaway pool is sure to provide hours of enjoyment. Pool is heated and kept in the mid 80's. Pool opening and closing dates are not fixed, so feel free to message your host to confirm the pool is open. Pool access is available daily between 8AM - 9PM.

INTERACTIONS WITH NATURE: We kindly ask our guests to enjoy their stay at ....... while being mindful of the local wildlife. The surroundings of our property may attract various animals, including birds, squirrels, deer, and snakes. While these creatures add to the natural beauty of the area, we encourage caution and respect during encounters. Please refrain from feeding the animals and stay out of the wooded area, as there are snakes in the area.

Children are more than welcome. We love families! However, please be aware that the home is not "child proof", so watch those sharp corners, outlets, grill and the firepit area.
