“Very nice hotel and staff. I really recommend this hotel. Big room with cooking facilities. Close to the lift’s and restaurants.”

“Had a great stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were exactly what I needed, and everything was in great working order. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!”

“This is a very clean, well stocked and comfortable condo. My only complaint would be the traffic outside. It’s close to Main Street so I could hear a lot of traffic passing by through the night. The owners were very easy to work with and it was worth the money.”

“Great location and beautiful room.”

The bed was really comfortable but very high and hard to get into. They should have a step stool but instead I had to resort to stepping on the edge of a wobbly chair.”

“Easy check in, we love the zermatt. The only problem was the room wouldn’t get any cooler than 75° so sleeping was pretty tough. Hopefully that’s fixed now”

“Our flight arrived late, so we checked in given the information that was sent to us and the room was actually occupied by another traveler. The code worked and the door started to open and the person let us know he was in there. This was 2:00am! Then, the host routed to another room that was in terrible shape with styrofoam in the place of the lock on the door, door didn’t latch, mirror was broken, toilet roll broken. 2 bath towels for 3 travelers (no washcloths or hand towels). The owner never...

“clean room quick response to questions. Scott was very pleasant and helpful”

“Great property!”
