The Space:

The pine‑scented air greets you as you step onto the spacious deck, steam rising from the hot tub while the mountains stretch out in the distance. Evening light filters through the large windows, inviting you to unwind on the comfortable sofa and stream a movie or join a video call on the fast, reliable Wi‑Fi. After a day of exploring the trails or teeing off at nearby The Woods, you can gather around the fire pit, roast s’mores, and let the crackle of the flames blend with the night sounds of the forest.



Sleeping arrangements

- Two bedrooms, each with a Queen Bed, provide quiet, private rest.

- A large loft sleeping area offers additional space for friends or family, perfect for a cozy night under the vaulted ceiling.



Outdoor living

- A huge deck equipped with a grill invites al fresco meals and sunrise coffee.

- The hot tub is ready for soothing dips after a hike or round of golf.

- A fire pit sits nearby for evening s’mores and storytelling.

- The driveway is steep and covered with loose gravel; standard cars, SUVs, pickups, and minivans navigate it easily, but very large vehicles such as RVs or trucks with trailers may have difficulty.



Kitchen & dining

- The modern kitchen features new appliances, including a dishwasher, granite countertops, and an island that doubles as a casual prep bar.

- Plenty of cookware and utensils let you create home‑cooked meals, while the open main room fills with natural light for a bright, welcoming atmosphere.

- Drip coffee maker to start your day. Please note, there is no longer a Keurig at the property (as photographed).



Neighborhood

- Cedar Ridge sits in the Hedgesville / Berkeley Springs area, a short 10‑minute drive to The Woods golf course, spa, hiking trails, and restaurant‑pub.

- Berkeley Springs, 25 minutes away, offers a vibrant arts community, boutique shops, diverse restaurants, a brewery, and a winery.

- The surrounding woods provide peaceful walks, wildlife sightings, and a true mountain retreat.

Pet Policy:

We’re happy to welcome dogs to join you on your getaway! Please note that due to allergies, we’re unable to accommodate cats. A $29 pet fee applies per furry friend, per night to help cover additional cleaning and care. Thanks for understanding—we look forward to hosting you and your pup!



Longer Stays:

For stays of 14 nights or longer, guests will be asked to e-sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. This agreement helps us comply with local requirements while protecting the property, and will be sent in advance for review.



Additional notes

- Leaves, pollen, and natural debris may appear on the deck or walkways, especially in certain seasons, despite regular cleaning.

- House rules from the Sleepy Hollow Lot Owners Association will be shared after booking and must be acknowledged upon arrival.
