We were tentative about the gravel road and steep climb, but my SUV did perfectly well on the climb up and ride down. “Very spacious for our large group. Plenty of space to put our groceries. Nice open area to hang out. The kids loved the pool of course and the hot tub. We visited Antietam and Harpers Ferry. Water park is 45 minutes away but well worth the drive. ”

The house itself is beautiful inside, with plenty of space to gather and enjoy. “This is an excellent house well set up for families and larger groups. We really enjoyed the layout of the house, multiple bathrooms and hot tub. Note that the internet is not super strong. We tried streaming and it wasn't possible. Not a problem but if you are planning on streaming it's not much of an option. We enjoyed the local activities and would return again. It was well equipped and has all you need for a retreat, or place to go an check out various activites. Thank you!”
