“Great service, friendly and helpful personnel. Good breakfast. Clean. Close to village center and spa. Quiet, slept well. Just a detail I did't like: The bathroom had sloping ceiling with paint like sandpaper and sharp edges in the shower cabin, where I hit and scratched my head a couple of times.”

“Personalen var väldigt trevlig! Tyvärr var bubbelpoolen trasig och gymmet bestod bara av en crosstrainer, en pilatesboll och en yogamatta. Får det räknas som ett gym? Hade varit bra med bättre information på hemsidan! Vi drack väldigt gott bubbelvatten - påfyllt i karaff. Det var dock dyrt: kostade 150 kr för oss fem personer. Maten var jättegod!”

“What a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. The only thing I would perhaps change was to have an actual buffet where the guest were to chose what they wanted to eat. Still,...

“Always choose the option to pay before. We had a little problem checking in, all because of our choice to pay at the hotel and had trouble finding answers in English. However, we found a number and with a phone call we got immediate help to pay and check in. ”
