“The view was very scenic. It was much quieter than other places we had stayed downtown. The only negative was the exhaust from the float planes once in awhile. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.”

“This was my 4th stay at the wonderful James Bay Inn. I love the James Bay neighbourhood. It is so quiet and peaceful. The Emily Carr house is half a block away. The amazing duck pond at Beacon Hill Park is two blocks away. I always look forward to the warm welcome I get when checking in. Thank you Hedy! I tend to arrive a bit early for my stays. I have never had to wait! I am back again in the new year!”

“Mycket rent och fräscht rum med trevlig personal. Väldigt tillmötesgående och god mat.”

“The staff were incredibly helpful and the view of the bay are spectacular”

“A wonderful stay for anyone who loves a historic old manor. The ocean view and the sight of people enjoying the beach made it such a peaceful rest. The breakfast included in the stay was generous and made with the care of a homemade meal.”

“Authentic Victorian home in Victoria! Clean and quiet. The breakfast is impressive.”

“This Inn was a bit strange! We was given a room that was clearly sub standard. Thankfully we was given an other room the next day that was alright. Breakfast was different from most breakfast I ’ve ever had at a hotel, strange but kind of fun! The whole Inn desperately need some maintenance, but I think the experience very much depends on which room you are given. The staff was helpful and kind. All things considered, I think it was an affordable hotel.”

“The hotel is located centrally to great restaurants, coffee shops, and stores! The hotel team is also extremely lovely. I’m really looking forward to returning soon.”

“Närheten till stan bra. Lobby bra men personal i reception vid ankomst otrevlig. Gammal dags rum som behöver uppdateras. Bra pool men tråkig personal även där,”
