This set the tone on how approachable she was when we had other concerns on the property. Queen casita was dirty/sticky floors. Several TVs on property did not turn on. “Poorly ran and a dangerous place to stay! For a VRBO, there were no extra linens, and only 6 towels for 2 of us for 12 days, 2 rolls of TP, cat crap in the gravel garden space, cabinet doors that opened into the way of ceiling fan blades, fridge door that opens the wrong way, landscape crew that starts work at 7:30am & wakes U up during vacation and leaves the cuttings and debris in front the door and walkway for an hour and a half or more (we finally left before it got cleaned up) The coffee...

“The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. The house is nice,but it could use a little work. We never did find the fitness center.”

“The location was great however the finishes done badly and were very worn. The units were surrounded by a sandy lot front back and sides so sand was constantly being brought into the room. There was no place to set anything, only 2 hooks in the whole place and even the closet only had a lower rod so nothing long could be hung like dresses. The bathroom only had one sink that was normal in size but had basically no counter space for toiletries and the laminate flooring was installed very badly so...
