The property was first built around 1820 for a tobacco factory and was later used as a department store and private residence. With great attention to detail, the building complex was extensively renovated to today's technical and modern standards, always taking into account the special features and originality of the property. The lovingly designed furnishings, a high standard of good sleep, high-quality and fully equipped kitchens and much more are a matter of course for us. This first-floor apartment with two bedrooms (each with a double bed and 43″ Smart TV) is 63 square meters in size. It offers enough space for up to five people. The centrally located kitchenette is fully equipped. The large shower room has a modern design with large ceramic tiles in blue and beige and is comfortably furnished. The living area with a comfortable sofa bed is architecturally emphasized by a platform. This apartment also has a very special charm thanks to the exposed original half-timbered elements, sloping walls and ceilings. There is a small outdoor seating area in front of the apartment entrance.
