“We started and ended our trip to Crete at this hotel, 3 + 1 night. It was a very good 3 star hotel. We enjoyed staying here and would absolutely recommend the hotel. The location was perfect in the city center, in a quiet small street. We walked everywhere, also close to the bus to Knossos. The first nights we had a bigger room, we enjoyed that, next time we had the smallest room and it was ok for one night. Both of the rooms had a balcony. The breakfast was excellent!! “We spent an incredible week at Arina hotel in October , 2025. The room on the first line was spacious and clean, the seaside view and a private pool & sun beds were great. The reception team Natia, Giorgios and all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The evening shows were a real fun especially with entertainment team, dancers and performers. “Easy check-in process. Concierge staff are kind and helpful. Location is close walking proximity to bus stops, attractions, bars and restaurants. Surrounding area appears understandably concerning although did not feel unsafe during different points in the day. ”
