“The arrival went very smoothly thanks to the house hostess who had the patience to wait for us because our flight was delayed. This property/house is simply marvellous! Lush green garden with olive, lemon- and lime-trees. Beautiful flowers and even a little forest with 7-8 meters tall bamboo. The 100 steps down to the Adriatic sea and its crystal clear water were a pleasure to walk down on every morning. Our teenagers and we loved swimming there with the Kotor bay mountains in the background....

“It was well used and in need of attention in some aspects. Particularly the outdoor dining area. The floor was filthy with spots of old food/chewing gum which did not clean off. One of the tables was rusty with peeling varnish. The whole area was infested with ants, a wasps nest and I saw 2 large rats one morning. There were weeds growing through broken chipped tiles which gave the overall appearance of neglect. The BBQ was known to to be broken but nothing put in its place for our stay, because...

“The property is very spacious and comfortable with stunning views over the bay. It has a front balcony and a side garden terrace, so all day sunshine. Very friendly family that own the property and live above, great to talk to, to gain an understanding of the locality and indeed, recent Montenegro history. Property is a five minutes walk from the sea and a lovely 40 minute walk into Kotor, along a quite lane next to the sea. Our highlights were walking to Fort Vrmac, up the Franz Joseph steps...

“We had an amazing week at Palmagora. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. As it is up in the mountains, the views were fantastic and surroundings were very quiet. The kids loved the pool. Chris shared lots of information before our visit, including detailed directions which was very helpful. Considering the location of the apartment, the detailed directions was very welcome. I would highly recommend it!”

“We liked the house very much. We were 8 persons there for one week. We used the kitchen and the barbecue every day. It worked well. The supermarket and the bakery was very close The pool was very nice. We had problems with the dishwasher, but when I sent a mail to Vladimir we got help. We enjoyed our stay very much. There was nice restaurants nearby and the beach was about 15 minutes walk away. We also liked Budva a lot, it is very beautiful.”

“Es war ein großartiger Aufenthalt bei Milorad und Lydia! Das Haus ist toll, die Ferienwohnung hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick in die Bucht. Das Beste: Es gibt einen neuen, großen Pool im Garten, den wir täglich ausgiebig genutzt haben. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr sauber. Ausreichend Stauraum und alles notwendige Küchenequipment sind vorhanden. Milorad und Lydia sind super Gastgeber, haben immer einen Tipp parat und lassen den Gästen allen Freiraum.
