“Paid for a six night stay in full. Left a day early due to loud construction that starts at 6:30 am every morning. Was charged without notice a $294 early departure fee. When I checked out the gentleman said nothing as I would have kept the room empty vs pay again for a night I had already paid for. When I asked Hilton they said I need to read the fine print on website. I asked the representative Alex to send that to me and he said he couldn’t to look at website. Be aware loud construction...

“I took one star off the rating because there was no fan in the bathroom and the lighting at the mirror was very dim. When I asked about these things, the stuff was polite but said the building was designed to be green and sustainable. That's fine, but it should also be designed to function well for its guess.”

“Staff was excellent and room was well maintained and who don’t like free breakfast. My hotel stay was fabulous.”

“There were sirens, gun shots, a woman trying to sell us Jordan’s at midnight, another woman came knocking on our door & then ran away at 5 am. Did not feel safe staying there what so ever. The room was disgusting, the floor probably hadn’t been swept ever. The shower had mold & there wasn’t really any hot water. The mini fridge was covered in old food and the room smelled musty.”

“Every time we went to go get clean towels, they never had any never came and took the trash out of our room didn’t even replace the toilet paper. Had to buy my own completely, not worth the money spent and how are you not gonna have any mini fridges or microwaves in the room.”

Bäddsoffan hade ingen bäddmadrass utan man låg direkt på spiralfjädrarna. Konstig, muggig lukt både på rummet och i korridoren utanför. Smutsigt i korridorer. Trångt vid frukosten, dåligt påfyllt. ”
