“The house is very interesting with a unique flow (entry is on the third floor). Theater seating is a bonus! The driveway is tricky in the winter with a hairpin turn in the middle. The beds aren’t exactly as advertised, as one is a “kiddie” mattress in a loft (up a ladder). Really sleeps two couples (which we were not). Overall though, we liked the place!”

“Our unit was very comfortable and well suited to our needs. It was very well equipped. The location was great - a short walk to town, and the trail along the San Miguel River was steps away. Access to the Bear Creek trail was also close - about a 5 min walk. Communication with the owner was great. I would definitely recommend this unit.”
