Pensionat i Hertford

“Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for. The floor, bedding and toilet were clean. However, the windows were covered in cobwebs, the chairs were stained, there were not enough cups for all three of us,...

“Fint rum med härlig säng. Mysig pub.”

“A really nice place to stay with a lovely hostess (very helpful!) We got our room just under the roof. A lot of stairs (but everyday exercise is good for you!) Lovely view out over nearby area through roof window. The beds was on each side of the bathroom so not something fir lovers but after nearly 30 years marriage it doesn't matter. Good English breakfast, made while waiting. Could take some time but definitely worth the wait! :) If ever nearby again, we sure will check out Alexandra...

“Clean, close by transport.”

“I cannot stress how awful this place is! Please avoid it at all costs! I won’t be staying there if they pay me to stay there! 0 health and safety! Extremely filthy and really find it difficult to find words to describe it! Please avoid this place!”

“The staff and host were very friendly and helpful. The location is about a 25 minute walk to the metro station. Excellent English breakfast. I highly recommend staying here.”
