"I spent 2 weeks at Sunroute hotel plaza and was very happy with my pick for hotel during my first trip to Tokyo (and solo trip). Easy check in, great and helpful staff. The size of the room was good for one person, comfortable bed. I also used the laundry 2 times and it worked well and was easy to understand. Nothing negative to say, good location and quiet even though it’s in a very active alive part of Tokyo. I would say it’s one of the parts of Shinjuku that’s a bit more chill and is more of an office worker area. So good for families as well as people that are looking to go out. A few restaurants nearby, some family marts and 7-11 so everything close as well as part of the Shinjuku station and also just a short walk to Yoyogi station and a beautiful walk to the meji temple and harajuku. Would recommend and will stay again!"

"The hotel was in general very clean. The standard room was clean and featured AC, smoke detector and a modern tv. There was a small unmannned shop at entrance as well. "

"Det här är ett topphotell. Supertrevlig och kundorienterad personal. Rymligt fint rum med en säng jag ville ta med hem. Stort utbud av aktiviteter och bekvämligheter. Frukost med allt som önskas. Allt vi ville ha för en nyårshelg där det i övrigt är rätt så nedstängt i Shinjuku. Men det är stort, och tillrättalagt, och möjligen inte så mysigt, genuint och familjärt."
