“What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen.”

“Great place to stay while our son was visiting Yale. Just 1 bolck from 2 well know pizza restaurants is nice but can make finding a parking spot a challenge at times. Although frustrating at times it would not keep me from staying there again.”

“Super-clean and the kitchen cabinets and drawers were all labeled-a great convenience. The house is situated in a quiet and tranquil spot, perfect for unwinding and enjoying one’s companions. Not avlocation for people who need entertainment, but want tranquility and nature. Would be great if there could be access to the washer and dryer, especially when folks are in and out of the sweet lake. The owners are extremely king and helpful.”
