Older lady at the front desk was awful. Booked the room weeks in advance, immediately after booking online I called to make sure I would have a pet friendly room, it was the same woman who checked me in when I arrived. When I called she was super rude, said I didn’t have a reservation at all, kept cutting me off an arguing I didn’t have a booking, finally figured out that she thought I was checking in the same day I was calling, but was very ignorant about it. Arrived day of booking, same lady couldn’t figure out the computer/debit machine, charged my card 4 times, after a long wait, went to get my bags and cat kennels, she was angry and super rude saying I couldn’t have animals with me, checked and figured out I had a pet friendly room but was upset I had so “many” I had two cats and a 5 pound dog. I asked what the issue was, what was the pet limit, ( I let them know when I called I had three animals) she said “I don’t know.. I think 2.. I’m going to have to call my boss over this” and was visibly upset. Stormed off and made me wait even longer, came back and must have realized she was in the wrong and apologized. Went to charge me for the pet fee and again couldn’t figure out the debit machine. She had an attitude with me from start to finish for absolutely no reason. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had, not appreciated after driving 8 hours to a hotel. Read multiple reviews with issues with the same woman. Other than the bad customer service, the room was ok
