This period property has 3 reception rooms including a garden room with wood burning stove, and two lounges one with a further wood burner.

There is a large welcoming kitchen-diner with everything you could need. Ideal for friends or family to gather together around the long, antique school refractory table.

There is a gas Aga which is turned on in the coldest months to provide a warm and cosy kitchen. Guests are asked to avoid using this for cooking for safety reasons.

The utility is usefully equipped with Belfast sink, washer/drier and WC.

Upstairs are 4 large bedrooms.
These include 2 double beds and adjoining rooms with a super-king size bed and twin singles. Both rooms have their own separate access.

There is a modern family bathroom with bath and shower over plus an additional shower room.

Outside there is a lockable shed which is suitable for storing several bicycles.

There is free parking on the premises for between 4-6 cars.

Guests have access to the house, garden, shed for secure bike storage and the driveway for vehicles.

The garage is not accessible.

We welcome well behaved pets but ask that pets are not allowed upstairs or on the soft furnishings as an extra charge maybe incurred for stains and extra cleaning needed.

Please feel free to bring along fuel for the fire for cooler evenings.

We have free spaces for up to 6 vehicles - full instructions will be sent a little nearer to your check in date

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
