“It was exactly what we needed for our weekend”

“Very cute, clean, and perfectly situated cottage very close to all the restaurants etc. that High Springs has to offer. We especially enjoyed the back porch, cozy den, and the well-equipped kitchen. The only thing we wished had been different was if the backyard had been fully fenced. That said, we would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area.”

“Lots of space to roam. We enjoyed the large fenced area. The house had a very strong smell of some sort of cleaner when we arrived that was extremely offensive but It dissipated over several hours. The beds were very comfortable. ”

“Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so...

“The house was so nice! Very clean and had everything you would need, games for the kids, coffee pods, fluffy towels, and plenty of places to sleep! We would definitely stay again!”

“We wanted to be pleased to be here. Poor communication from beginning. No answer to ??1. The entry was filled with leaves. About a 1/2 a foot against the front door. 2. The code to get in was not clear. It took some time to get a hold of anyone to discover that the instructions were incomplete. Apparently, you put in your code then the for the lock to open. 3. The photos do not show the age (& frankly) & cleanliness of this property. It is much more dated decor, the cheapness of EVERYTHING was...
