“Room was kinda cool, and it was clean. Felt like a house flipper recently touched it. But there was no desk, table to eat at, or a dresser. The heavy curtains were installed on an extendable rod with curtain clips that came undone when I tried to open them (and I was careful). The view was roof level anyway. All this along with shared kureg with no tea pods, shared brita ina shared fridge, with no reverse osmosis filter installation in the shared sink (on my floor at least) made it feel like...

“I stay at the Hotel Indigo in Five Points often and it's always a pleasant experience. The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the area has a lot to offer. The only negative from this trip was that none of the ice makers on any of the floors were working, so I had to get ice from the bar. After jumping multiple floors (the elevator automatically returns to the lobby once you exit), what should've been a quick errand turned into 15 minutes just to get ice. It didn't deter my trip...

“The front desk was staffed with two wonderful ladies. When I checked in, I met Lavadia. She is an 11 out of 10. I did not notice the lady's name when I left at 5 the next morning, but she is also an 11 out of 10. Great staff. My bed was comfortable, and I had a restful night's sleep. ”
