“The hotel was very nice but the pool heater was broken during our visit. The hotel was at near max capacity and the breakfast service could not accommodate all the guests. It was a 30 minute wait for an made to order omelet and not enough seats/tables.”

“The staff was wonderful!!! Very helpful and hard working! The hotel itself is old, and the decor is a little weird, with a lot of pics of vials and pharmacy related things. Just a bit strange. The room was great, but just an old property.”

“Thankfully the room was clean and mostly comfortable. We were on the first floor near an exit so we had to listen to a lot of door slamming. It would have been enough to keep me awake if I was a light sleeper. I was taken aback that the property charges a parking fee. I’ve never paid parking for a hotel unless the parking was in a garage. This seems like greed. There was only one person working the bar/cafe/dining area. ”

“The room was beautiful but the "city view" that I paid extra for was a view of the parking garage across the street. My biggest complaint was the street light that was shining on our bed with no way to close the drapes. There were heavy drapes on either side of the window and then a sheer drape in the middle that did nothing for blocking that light. You couldn't pull the heavy drape across due to the lack of size and the way they were made to stay put on either side. Very poor design and...
