    INGEN RENGÖRINGSAVGIFTER !! Kontakta mig nu för att komma på väntelistan! Spektakulära, panoramautsikt över bergen av tre stater (North Carolina, South Carolina och Georgia). Denna lyxiga hem ligger på Wildcat Ridge (ovan Wildcat Country Club i Highlands, North Carolina) ovanpå Whiteside Mountain (en av de äldsta bergen i världen). Det är det högsta hemmet i området, placerat intill skogsland för extra integritet och enkel tillgång till vandringsleder. Skicka e-post till mig om du inte ser omedelbar tillgänglighet. Det finns alltid en chans att jag kan få dig i år eller nästa år.

    Vårt hem har alla bekvämligheter: Smart TV, Tivo, Blu-ray, DVD-spelare i vardagsrummet och tre sovrum. Premium-kabel och hög hastighet, trådlöst internet i hemmet och på däck. Duschar med åtminstone två duschmunstycken och utmärkt vattentryck. Två personer jacuzzi med panoramautsikt. Ett stort antal däck med olika utemöbler. Weber grill och utomhus öppen spis. Slutna garage. Centralvärme och AC samt takfläktar. Alla moderna apparater och rymlig tvättstuga. Tempurpedic och Himmelska sängar. Automatisk generator. Läcker integritet.

    Huset är välfylld (handdukar, lakan, tvål, toalettpapper, soppåsar, pappershanddukar, rengöringsmedel, etc.). Kylskåpet har renat vatten. Obegränsat fjärrsamtal inom kontinentala USA.

    ALLA hyresintäkter går direkt till att bevara och förbättra hemmet, och förbättringar görs varje år.

    Egenskapen platsen är ovärderlig. Verkligen ovärderlig. Vi hyr hem så att vi kan hålla den i familjen i många generationer.

    Kortaste vistelse är en vecka. Vistelser lördag till lördag (checka in på 3:00, kolla in vid 10:00).

A Slice of Heaven

We have stayed at Whiteside Villa for several years and it never disappoints. The accommodations and views are spectacular. The owners are delightful and show attention to every detail. It always a treat to be a guest at Whiteside Villa!

Best place to vacation in Highlands!

Whiteside Villa is always super clean and Anne is a delight to work with. The views from the home are A-MAZING!! The house is so unique and the location can’t be beat. Can’t wait to stay here again!

This is a wonderful house, particularly if you’re a Frank Lloyd Wright fan of mid century modern architecture. Absolutely stunning! The view is incredible and the house is comfortable in every respect. Our host was very easy to reach and interested in making sure our stay was perfect. Couldn’t have been better!

My kids were in elementary school the first time we stayed at Whiteside Villa. Today, they are in their 30's and regularly travel from DC and LA for our annual trip here. We have built memories beyond, "a place to stay." Nothing about this house feels like a, "rental." The timeless architecture, seamlessly blended with the latest technology updates and upgraded amenities, gives us the best of both worlds.There's no way a group of photographs will ever do this property justice--anymore than those same photographs do the endless mountain view's justice. The house is also perfectly situated halfway between Highlands and Cashier's…which gives you endless options of activities, restaurants, hiking trails, and grocery stores to choose from a short drive away.Lastly, the owners strike a perfect balance of leaving you to enjoy the experience and being available in case any issues arise. 5 Stars.

Most perfect setting in the Highlands

The proximity to Whiteside Mountain and the spectacular views make this a perfect Highlands location. It is located halfway between Highlands and Cashiers which is ideal.

Exceptional views with great accommodations!!

A very well appointed house, close to downtown Highlands, Cashiers and 90 minutes to Asheville. This is our third year staying at Anne’s home with plans to return. We highly recommend this home.

A house & mountain views

Lovely well maintained home in great up to date beautiful condition with all amenities and fantastic mountain views. Situated in a private secluded area but only 15 minutes from either Highlands or Cashiers over paved well maintained roads. The architecture of the house is unique and charming.

Beautiful mountain view in super convenient secluded location ten minutes on paved roads to either Highlands or Cashiers. The house is lovely and well appointed and fully equipped with lots more than the basics.

Awesome as always.

Still delivers a home away from home feeling ... that is, if your home has a 30 mile view and rarely gets above 72 degrees in the heat of summer. My family never gets tired of our time together here. This is the best The Plateau has to offer.

Heaven in the mountains

This is the most unique house I have ever stayed in! It is truly part of the mountainside with vistas that go for miles and miles. Stay here if you get the opportunity! A chance of a lifetime!

Haven in the Clouds

Whiteside Villa never disappoints. For almost 30 years this has been my family's place to relax and recharge. All the up to date amenities of modern life with the same 30 mile view enjoyed by the original settlers of HIghlands. The best of both worlds and no better place to be on the Plateau.

Always perfect

Immaculate, beautiful, comfortable. And this is just the inside. Outside there are incredible views of three states, sunrise through sunset. It makes me happy. Can't recommend it highly enough. Anne is easy to work with and very prompt.

Never Disappoints

After almost 30 years of choosing this as our "carved in stone" time of year my whole family comes together -- Whiteside Villa has functioned as our second home. We treat it as such and our gracious host continues to surprise us from year to year with updates and improvements. The only thing that never changes is the view, the history and the charm. It never disappoints.

Up in the clouds

This is the 2nd time we’ve rented this property. A truly unique house - both its architecture and setting. This house is situated at one of the highest elevations for a home in the Highlands area and has an extraordinarily expansive view. This property has been very well maintained. We will return.

Amazing views at Whiteside Villa!

There is no way that words can describe the views here. You are directly adjacent to Whiteside Mountain and the surrounding views are unsurpassed. Anne is the BEST property manager imaginable. The house is always immaculate and she’s only an email away should you need anything (which we normally don’t). Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation is here. :)

Never ceases to amaze

Our first visit to Whiteside Villa was when our children were in elementary school. Now in their early 30s, they both make their way back from LA and DC to spend time with us here every year. While the house is updated every year, the spectacular view remains the same. And the memories last forever.

Outstanding mountain views

If you’re looking for incredible long-range mountain views then you definitely will want to stay at Whiteside Villa. This is the most unique house on the side of the mountain with a direct close up view of Whiteside Mountain. Anne is the most superb host! The house is always incredibly clean and well maintained. She takes great pride in doing upgrades in the house every year. I can’t say enough about this wonderful property. :).

WhiteSide Villa is a true Mid Century Modern treasure nestled on the Southwestern or “Nose End” of WhiteSide mountain.
