"Slitet hotell men med väldigt bra läge. Rummen var slitna och heltäckningsmattorna var smutsiga. Hissarna behöver service och omprogramering, man kunde få vänta upp till 10min för att åka upp eller ner från rummet. Förstår inte hur de kan bibehållit 5 stjärnor. Väldigt trevlig personal dock, så det måste bero på dem. Hotellet har nya ägare så Jan 2027 så påbörjar de renovering så att de når 5-stjärnig standard."
