“We loved everything about our vacation on 30A, Rosemary Beach. ”

“The house was very nice and was super clean! It was no more than a 5 minute walk to the beach, but was also gave you privacy away from the hustle and bustle of the beach goers. It was close to many things and was just perfect for us. The hosts were very kind and helped us understand which part of the beach the wedding event we were attending was located. You can’t go wrong with this property!!”

“This listing was great. Perfect location to the beach and the main strip shops/restaurants. The property was clean and as describe. The host was easy to work with. The steps to the bedroom are tricky to walk up if you are pregnant or you have trouble walking but you get use to it. Overall, 5 star! ”

“All in all, our stay was great! The unit was clean and very relaxing. Our favorite part was the outdoor area and fire pit. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, lots of seating in the family room.The main negative was most of the blinds had no easy way to open and close them because the wands had fallen off or were missing. Also, check in was tricky because we got in around 10pm and security was not present and didn’t answer the provided phone number.The hosts communicated well and were helpful.”

“We just loved our stay! Easy check-in/check out procedures, great communication with the owner, clean, plenty of bath towels, quick and easy access to the beach, kitchen had everything needed to cook meals…I could go on and on. Definitely plan to stay here again! ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Jerry’s carriage house. It was perfectly located to access the beach and shops. We walked and biked most of our stay. So much see see inside Rosemary Beach and surrounding areas. The sun porch and downstairs patio allowed us to spread out and enjoy Jerry’s peaceful retreat. The hot tub was a hit with the teens! Jerry was so accommodating and answered all our questions about the area. He was a pleasure to meet and get to know! We’ll be back for sure! ”

“Perfect house for our large group. Third floor loft room was perfect for the teenagers to spread out and have their own space and second floor was perfect for adults to have private rooms away from the kids. First floor was large, open floor plan with plenty of room for everyone to gather. Plenty of outdoor space, directly across from pool and super close to beach and to the town/shopping areas.
