“We loved South Dakota and this house / apartment was a perfect location not only in Rapid City, but also as a jumping off place to get to Spearfish, Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, and the Black Hills. The house / apartment was very clean and had most of the amenities you might need. Bring your own blow dryer if you need one! And I could have used an iron one day, but we were on vacation, so I'm sure a wrinkled shirt was forgiven!Oh, and for the light sleepers there's a train nearby that...

“Our family had a great stay with Wanda and Paul! This place is very scenic. Our kids loved taking the paddle boat out and fishing. We caught trout in the pond and observed a variety of wildlife. The kitchen was well stocked and Wanda was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Gated community and very quiet which was nice to escape the commotion of the small towns we visited. The place was well kept with many thoughtful touches from the hosts. Very happy with our stay”

“Clean, comfortable and well equipped. And the location is just right. Easy access to Main St. but just far enough away to not have noise from the activity there. Nice touches inside to preserve some of the original 1900 era plaster and writing from the workers. ”

“We enjoyed our stay, condo was clean, beds were comfortable. The location is about an hour from all of the major attractions with easy access. Wish there had been a washer and dryer inside the condo instead of having to use a shared laundry room. Extra bed is in a closet so we did not use it. ”
