“Best western have found their level of quality and service in the mid level. You know what you get. In this perspective I think this was a good hotel. Olivia was great in the reception. Room was basic but clean and functional. The only drawback is it is close to the freeway and you can hear traffic and loud cars. As in all of best western I think it is kind of thin walls and if you have loud neighbors you can easily get disturbed. In our case it was neighbors like us that wanted to sleep 👍😀...

“For the price we paid we were very pleased with the motel. The rooms were clean. There were complimentary snacks and drinks inside. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. Super easy check in. We only had one small issue the first night where we were woken by a female arguing with someone in either another room or nearby the motel but that wasn't the motels fault. We will stay again when we come back to Gilroy. ”
