“I have been staying at this property for years. The cleanliness is welcome. I do miss the Victorian furniture that was in the parlor for years. But am thankful for the clean linens, bathtub, and the treats and breakfast. The included parking spot and being made to feel like I am at my home away from home. Highly recommend this treasure.”

“Fun hidden gem just a few miles from Ohio Stadium. We were a party of 9 in town for OSU graduation, and this was a perfect house for us! Bathrooms and kitchen were like new and super clean, and the pool table and theater room were great for our down time. Spacious second floor deck with fire pit was awesome for the evenings. Location would be great for an OSU football game as well - we Ubered just a couple miles to 17th and High, and then walked to the stadium from there. Highly recommend!”

“The sheets and pillowcases had numerous stray hairs all over them. I had to remove and wash before using the bed. The wash cloths and towels were very dingy and spotted. The curtain rod in the bedroom had fallen so anyone could see into the bedroom the first night. Then without any communication it was fixed by the time we got back. Someone had entered the property without notice.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, it was clear that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. The floors were sticky and dirty, there was hair throughout the unit, including on the bed, stains on the towels, residue on the shower curtain, and items left behind in the washer. We ended up having to clean the apartment ourselves just to make it comfortable enough to stay in.What made the experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication. “The apartment was clean, kitchen seemed minimally supplied but was ok for us as we didn’t plan to cook. It was right next to the hospital so it would be a good place to stay if you need close access to that facility. Hospital noise was not noticeable during our stay. The air conditioner unit in the main area did not work on a 90 degree day, which we didn’t realize until we got back from our event at 1030 pm. Thankfully the bedroom unit did. “Pros: Overall the space was really nice. Large areas plus full utilities and appliances. The free parking in the large opennlot is a huge plus in a downtown space. The building is sort of tucked away and feels very secure with the hospital near by. Getting into the building and room was easy.
