“Clean, quiet and magical. This place is amazing. We kayaked, took bike trails, and explored. This is not the hustle type of vacation it is relax and unwind. The patio area with a fire pit and picnic table was a pleasant surprise. Visit Peaceful Valley Haven and Hillsboro Brewery while in the area. ”

“The property is quite secluded and down a very long and narrow gravel road, so getting to and from Viroqua and activities took longer than we anticipated. But the host provided detailed instructions for finding the place. We loved the seclusion and surrounding woods. The house is beautiful and smells like fresh cut pine. “The cabin is nice and we loved the location. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the outdoors. The cabin was in a very nice secluded area but also it was close enough of a drive to enjoy area attractions. It is a three level cabin and gave us plenty of space to move around. We were lucky enough to see two does and a fawn in the yard. ”

“We had the pleasure of getting a little snow during our stay which was awesome.But the roads from the cabin were sloppy with the melt the following day and we had trouble getting out to go for a grocery run. Kirsty and Kyle were very helpful and were kind enough to bring us some coffee and flour. Really great folks and a very beautiful and private location. Great space to reset from reality. Highly recommend.”

“This cabin was absolutely perfect for us. The kids loved the bunk beds and being able to play outside. It was so convenient to cook and make meals. The kitchen had everything you could need. The beds were plush and comfortable. Blackout curtains worked great for nap times. Getting to and from the Dells waterparks was a breeze and being able to come back to a quiet cozy cabin was wonderful. Highly recommend and would stay here again. ”

“Quiet and cozy cabin across the street from the Kickapoo River. Perfect size for two to take a quiet getaway for a time. Much to see in the Readstown and Viroqua area and Kickapoo Valley. Excellent hiking trails, restaurants/ bars and shopping within a short drive. LeAnne was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again in the future.”
