“Wonderful location and house was perfect! Great mountain views and we loved the firepit area. House was immaculate and beautifully taken care of. We had everything we needed and the owners were the best! They were very responsive to our questions and helpful. Truly a great weekend and we definitely are renting there again. ”

“The house had everything we needed and more. It is located near Reptiland, the Hiawatha Riverboat, Pine Creek Gorge, and other family friendly attractions. There were plenty of places to eat out. The ice cream shop around the corner was a favorite stop. The kids loved the arcade but the real treasure was the scenic creek just steps away. It was the perfect location for kayaking and fishing with newbies.”

“Thanks for sharing your welcoming cottage for our stay! We enjoyed kayaking and I took the rowboat out and caught a 20” LMB across the Lake from the decision city. The anchor rope broke as it was frayed at the end. Also the ants were very assertive in the kitchen until we put all food in the refrig.Best regards Tom and Sylvia”

“This was our second time staying at this property, and it was perfect. We had our family of four along with extended family join us for a few nights as well. We love that it is secluded, spacious, and well appointed. When we weren't exploring World's End or other local areas we had plenty of space inside and out to relax and enjoy family time. “Wonderful property in a great location for a getaway. For us it was perfect after working long days to be away from the city in the woods peaceful and quiet will stay here again when we work in Watson town”

“The owners have added some very nice touches to their VRBO, such as a Keurig, large TV in livingroom, hooded towels for children with books too. The house is air conditioned but with window units. There was a bit of a stale smoky smell to the house as my guess is it was once owned by a heavy smoker. It was more noticeable when leaving and returning to the house. There was an air purifier running at all times though. ”

“Ben was a very accommodating host. He met us on sight at check-in, showed us around the property and gave us his phone number in the event we needed to contact him for anything. There is a great bar-b-q area and hang out area right outside the front door. The house is in the middle of nowhere, great for rest and relaxation.”
