“I can't say enough about our stay. They literally though of everything possible that one could need plus some. As soon as you walk in, it just feels like home. Kathie left fresh Pumpkin muffins on the table for us upon arrival. The property in itself is breathtaking. We spent hours on the porch off of the living room. “It was amazing. If you are looking for a place with scenic views look no further! Absolutely stunning to walk around the deck and enjoy the blue ridge mountains. However, I would HIGHLY recommend a 4WD. Don’t make the mistake we made and think “oh well, I am a good driver it shouldn’t be an issue”… chances of someone getting up the last few hundred feet with a fully loaded front wheel drive are very slim!! “Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. The house was cozy and inviting. The owner was very pleasant and helpful as we got turned around a couple times getting to the house but once we got our bearings together and with assistance from Nancy we found it. Amazing views of the mountain throughout our stay, not a far drive to town, downtown Mt. Airy is Mayberry! I can go on and on. Really enjoyed our time there.”

“We loved the cabin! Very cool and remote. Rave reviews for the cabin and location. The cabin is decorated nicely and lots of memorabilia from the era. We fished the Mitchell and Stone Mountain with just a short drive. Check out process was easy, but could be a little easier to find details and clarity regarding to what to do with linens and trash. The fishing pond doesn't appear to have catchable fish.... or maybe we didn't offer them anything interesting. Thanks! We would recommend this...

“My wife and I spent a weekend at this awesome Chalet. It is situated on a prestine meadows overlooking the mountain. It has enough accommodation at least 6.
