The location was excellent and the open kitchen/dining/living room layout was lovely. The set up is great or family gathering. The marble countertops in the kitchen and bathroom were beautiful. But there were a number of very basic items missing. There was no coffee, tea or any condiments. There were no hot pads, spatula, or tea kettle - some basics needed for cooking. I have appreciated houses with a sweet guest welcome basket with fresh fruit, flowers and snacks. This did not have that AND not even the basics. There was only 1 beach towel and no drying rack or line to hang damp clothes. The green couch in the 2nd bedroom was horribly stained and the bed in that room was very uncomfortable. It was hard on the edges and then sunk in the middle. Both bedside lights in the third room were broken. In the primary bedroom there was only 1 hook for a towel, should add a drying rack or another hook.
