This top floor villa has stair and elevator access, a bedroom with sliding barn doors, a queen bed with storage drawers and a high quality mattress. Other features include built in single sized bunk beds good for children or small adults and a pull out sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 6 people. Everything is nicely upgraded, the kitchen is stocked with large and small appliances, a single cup Keurig machine, cups, plates and more. The living area has a large smart tv with basic cable channels provided. The balcony has a relaxing and spacious partial view of the ocean. You are close enough to hear the waves while sitting on the balcony glider. 2 beach chairs and a cart was left for renter’s to use but we can not guarantee they will be there as they could become lost or damaged before we can replace them. Coin operated laundry room is available on the 1st floor. There is no change machine so bring quarters in advance. Free on site parking for 1 vehicle.

SNOW BIRDS/MONTHLY RENTALS
Snow birds are welcome during the months of Nov-Feb. If staying over 28 nights a discount will automatically apply. A starter pack of toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags will be provided. After the starter pack is used the renter will need to supply items for the remainder of their stay. Renters are responsible for cleaning during their stay or professional cleaning(s) can be scheduled at an additional expense(s). There is a required professional cleaning at the end of the stay which is already included in the initial booking total. Please ask any questions prior to booking.
