Villor i Hilton Head

“This villa has everything you need for a beach get-away. Room was clean, close to shopping and restaraunts nearby, direct access to the beach”

“We have stayed in Queens Grant many times over the past 20 years. There were enough beds for 4 people, but this time it was just me and my husband, and this villa was clean and perfectly appointed for us. The host provided everything we needed. My husband was thrilled that the tv was big enough so we could watch the World Cup final. The location was perfect. We rented bikes and rode them every day to the beach (parked at Dunes House), to the store, to shelter cove, and other places around the...

“Beautiful unit”

“This was great for a last minute getaway for our family. Updated and clean. The host was very responsive when we had questions and couldn’t find something, like the linens for the pull-out couch. Wonderful location, and access to the restaurant next door was a convenient perk.”

“Nice!”

“While communication with the host was fine, the description of the condo itself was not. The picture show a beautiful and well maintained area. It was not. There were holes in the floors and walls. Broken beds, door knobs and closet doors. When we arrived there was food in the fake plants and dead flies behind the small appliances. There were food crumbs in the silverware drawer and dirty pots/pans put away in the cabinet. In the pictures and the description given to me by the host, there was a...

“Very welcoming atmosphere. Well stocked kitchen, coffee bar, & even chilled glasses in the freezer”

“The condo was spotless. The communication with the owners Chad and Ingrid was perfect. Any questions that might had were answered immediately. The condo had a plenty of coffee pods for the keuring. There weee plenty of towels and beach towels. Beach chairs and a wagon to pull the chairs in. The best part was the beach was just across the street. You are central to the supermarket and tons of shopping and restaurants. Couldn’t ask for a better spot!!”

“There are so many great things about this property. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The location could not be better and was surprisingly quiet. The sunrise view from the balcony was perfect for that morning cup of coffee. The small touches added by the owner makes this unit feel very special.”

“Cozy space close to the beach. Good food nearby and fun drinks by the pool or beach. A wonderful place to relax.”

“This property was perfect for our family. We had six people and there was plenty of space. It was just a short walk to the beach and all of the shops at Coligny. The pool was very nice. The host was very responsive throughout the process but we really didn’t need her once we arrived.”

“Cute little spot. Clean and host was quick to fix an air conditioning issue we had. Allowed us to bring our dog which is an extra plus!! Less than a mile from the beach and all the hot spots. Great find.”

“Excellent unit with awesome view. Kitchen so well equipped. Comfortable beds. Host is outstanding and responds quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely book this unit again.”

“Nice spot to relax. Screen Porch was a big help in the hot summer days. Nice bedrooms and bath for 4 people. Six would be a challenge given the sleeping area is the landing outside the bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen had all that we needed for cooking during our stay.”

“The room was exactly as described—well stocked with everything we needed, easy to get around in, and had a really charming feel to it. Beach access was super convenient; just a short walk and you’re on the sand. They also have tennis and pickleball courts right there on the property, which we used a couple times and they were in good shape. Plenty of restaurants nearby too, from casual spots close by to some nicer places a short drive away. We’d definitely recommend this place.”
