When we arrived, the dryer appeared to be broken. Things like this happen and I'm not complaining about the issue but rather the communication with the rental company. I initially reported the issue at 6 pm on the day of the arrival via text (I responded to their text message). Isn't another text a few hours later when I had no response. They responded via text at 9 am the next morning, indicating that they would look at the issue. At 3 pm, I called for the first time for an update and was on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back immediately. I was then transferred a couple of times and then given an update that the dryer would likely not be fixed that weekend. I never heard from the company again the remainder of the weekend. Communication was poor. The condo itself was nicely appointed and typical for most of the places I've rented in the Greens. I would rent the condo again although I will likely looking for one run by a different company.
