En vacker renovering pÄ första vÄningen nyligen avslutad. Första vÄningen öppnades med vÀggar bort och skapade ett öppet ljusfylldt utrymme. Nya skÄp, granitbÀnk och golv. NymÄlade med slÀta tak (ingen popcorn, nyckelfri ingÄng.

Strandfack Àr tillgÀngligt för din anvÀndning med 6 solstolar, parasoll och sandleksaker. Förvara allt pÄ stranden. En sÄdan kort promenad ocksÄ.

Villan Àr belÀgen bland de vackra tallarna, mossa draperade ekar och tropiska palmer i Shipyard Plantation. Enheten Àr en tvÄ vÄningar, tvÄ sovrum, icke-rökare, Green Villa ligger pÄ sjÀtte grön av Shipyard Galleon Golf Course och en kort 7 minuters promenad till HHI: s orörda 12 mil strand.

2018 uppgraderingar inkluderar och alla nya HVAC-system, nya 5-brÀnnare gasgrill, ny klÀdtork med ny fÀrg och golv i tvÀttgarderoben.

Alla möbler och sÀngklÀder underhÄlls noggrant med en djup Ängrengöring 2X / Är. Badrum och pulverrum har ocksÄ nyligen renoverats.
TvÄ cyklar finns tillgÀngliga för din anvÀndning. Dessutom finns strandstolar, strandbuggy, paraply och andra strandtorkar tillgÀngliga.
VÄr plats Àr en av de bÀsta i The Green. Vi Àr nÀrmast stranden utan att vara pÄ Shipyard Drive och ligger mittemot det berömda Van Der Meer Shipyard Tennis Center och Sonesta Resort.

Vi har en enastÄende utsikt över golfbanan över den sjÀtte greenen pÄ Shipyard's Galleon-bana frÄn vÄrt nyutrustade dÀck med ny gasgrill, dÀckbord och stolar.

Andra höjdpunkter Àr en nyligen renoverad privat gated pool för exklusiv njutning av de gröna gÀsterna.

Villan kommer att rymma de sju gÀsterna med en ny drottning i sovrummet i vardagsrummet, king size-sÀng i befÀlhavaren och dubbelsÀng och enkelsÀngar i det andra sovrummet. I sovrummet ingÄr dessutom en garderob och privat badrum. Det andra sovrummet har tillgÄng till ett separat hallbad. BÄda badrummen har badkar / duschkombination och det finns ett halvt badrum pÄ huvudnivÄn. En tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek ligger ocksÄ bekvÀmt pÄ andra vÄningen.

Villan Ă€r utrustad med en ny 42 ”platt skĂ€rm med HD-TV i vardagsrummet och en ny 32” platt skĂ€rm i sovrummet. DVD-spelare tillhandahĂ„lls.

Badrum och vardagsrum har nyligen renoverats med fÄfÀngar i granit i badrummet och trÀgolv i vardagsrummet. Dessutom justerade vi det lilla frukostrummet framtill till ett mer praktiskt lera / sandrum. I vÄra egna tidigare semester fann vi att vi anvÀnde detta rum för vÄra handdukar, strandutrustning och sandaler / skor snarare Àn som en matplats. Den huvudsakliga matplatsen Àr fortfarande fÀst vid vardagsrummet.

Beach Getaway

The property was in a wonderful location only a short bike ride away from the beach. The property was very clean and allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The owner was responsive to any questions and made the process very easy. The beach locker made life much easier so that we did not have to constantly transport everything from the condo to the beach.

Return Guests! We Love It Here!

My family loves this property! It's the second time we've stayed here. It's always clean and has the amenities we need. We enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the pool, and having access to the beach locker is very convenient! The host is has good communication, is very courteous, and responds quickly when needed. During this trip, my family enjoyed meals at Stu's Surfside Subs, The Sandbar, The Bank, and Red Fish. We also got a weekly pass from the nearby Breakthrough Fitness Center, which was a nice way to catch a break from the sun and for my teenagers to get some energy out. We highly recommend this property! We look forward to staying here again in the future! Thanks to the host for making us feel welcome!

Great time!

We enjoy this neighborhood because it’s walkable to the beach. This property did not disappoint. Everything in great shape and Maureen was an awesome communicator. We traveled from out west and it’s a long flying day. Check in was very smooth. Highly recommend!

Great Location!

This was my family's first trip to Hilton Head Island. We usually go to the 30A area, but after friends recommended HHI, we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. There's a lot more wildlife compared to the gulf! Within an hour of arriving at our rental property, we saw two alligators, a few turtles, and a heron eating a live fish. This properly was clean and was accurately described in the listing. The kitchen was nice, and we enjoyed cooking most of our meals for breakfast and lunch. It's reasonably close to the beach, about a half mile from the doorstep to sand; we walked a few times, but mostly we would ride our bikes. The beach storage was a huge bonus! We stashed our boys' boogie boards in there, and took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella. There's a nearby Publix, though we arrived around 5pm on a Saturday and Publix was crazy busy, which seemed common. I'd recommend planning ahead, getting reservations, or bringing groceries to avoid having to go there on a Saturday evening. We also biked to The Bank, an outdoor beer garden that opened a few weeks before we visited. It was a great atmosphere and we really enjoyed it. We also enjoyed Chow Daddy's, Hilton Head Ice Cream, touring the Harbour Town Lighthouse, and a date night at Red Fish! Restaurants seem to book up fast, so I'd recommend getting reservations in advance. Overall, we had a great visit, and would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo for Family Vacation

Fun family getaway

Great location and the BEST pool in Shipyard!

Maureen was fabulous to work with. We stayed for a month and truly enjoyed our time there. The Greens has by far the best pool in Shipyard Plantation! AC and the home all worked well. If you love to cook a lot, you may want to pack a few things for that as the kitchen is not what we’d consider fully stocked! Otherwise we had a fabulous stay!

We loved our stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Maureen's. We loved that it was right across the street from the tennis facility. The locker at the beach was a benefit. We didn't have to haul our beach chairs to and from the beach every day. The unit itself was very clean and had everything that we needed for the week. The beds were also very comfortable. Maureen gave us a list of great restaurant recommendations and other activities to do while in HHI. We would love to come back!

Accommodations were great! Close to beach and pool. Bicycles available for use. Beach chairs and umbrellas with a beach locker. Perfect. Townhouse was in a great location. Well equipped. Nicely decorated. Very well stocked. Highly recommend! Our family of four (kids in their twenties) enjoyed our first time visiting HHI. We would love to go back and stay here, again!! The host was so pleasant to work with!

Will DEFINITELY rent again!

We stayed at this beautiful villa Aug 7-14, 2021! My husband and three teenage daughters- the villa was completely stocked with everything we needed! There were two bikes and a locker full of beach supplies to use! We rented one bike and my daughters rode their bikes to and from the beach everyday and my husband and I walked! It took us about 5 minutes from the villa, was a beautiful walk. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfy and some mornings I didn’t want to get out of it! We love Hilton Head Island and will be definitely renting this villa again!

Perfect Getaway

Our family of four (2 teens) had plenty of space in this condo! Two floors and spacious living & kitchen areas were great. This is so close to the beach...if it were any closer it would be ON the beach. Walking or biking gets you there in a blink. Having the beach locker and bikes was awesome. We would def stay here again.

Absolutely Recommend!

This was our second time staying at Maureen's villa but certainly won't be our last. Excellent location close to the beach. Interior has been completely renovated and looks fantastic. Extremely clean and well-maintained. Beach locker with chairs, toys, and beach cart a huge plus. Reasonably priced. What more could you ask for? We absolutely recommend staying here. You will love it!

Awesome Villa!

This villa is exactly as described! It is open, airy, and nicely decorated with a wonderful view of the 6th green. Very relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the golfers go by. The location is very nice within Shipyard. It’s an easy walk to the beach and pool. We loved having access to the beach locker with beach chairs and toys available for our use, graciously provided by the owner. Having two bicycles was an added bonus and we had fun rides over to Coligny Plaza and around Shipyard. Everything you need has been thoughtfully provided. You won’t be disappointed in this villa or the owner, who was very responsive to a few of our questions. We will be back!
