Thoughtfully updated with modern furnishings and fresh finishes, this inviting retreat offers the perfect home base for a relaxing beach getaway close to shopping, dining, and the shoreline.

The living area is spacious and welcoming, featuring upgraded vinyl plank flooring, comfortable seating, and a large flat-screen TV for easy evenings in. Just outside, a small private patio with a gas grill provides a great spot for outdoor cooking after a day at the beach. The recently renovated kitchen is both stylish and functional, complete with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a classic subway tile backsplash.

The villa offers two well-appointed bedrooms designed for comfort and flexibility. The primary bedroom serves as a peaceful retreat with a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, and a beautifully updated ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a Queen bed and a Twin bed along with its own flat-screen TV, making it ideal for families or friends. A second full bathroom is conveniently located just outside this bedroom.

HHI Family Vacation

My family (including our chihuahua) enjoyed this property for our 4th of July Holiday vacation. Super close to the beach and Coligny shops and restaurants. This condo had everything we need to feel at home! Would consider staying here again!

Fantastic Villa

We found this unit to be phenomenal! The location is perfect! The unit was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen has lots of storage space and is beautifully equipped. It was very apparent that this unit is lovingly cared for by the owners. My only not-so-perfect comment would be that the master bed is so incredibly high (we are not tall people)! We love this unit and will certainly book again! Thank you!!!

Great residence

Just Perfect!!

We LOVED this property! It was roomy, comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with most any appliance and utensil we needed. It was delightfully decorated and nicely appointed, with charming little surprise details at every turn! Over the years, I have stayed in a few "ok" places with no particular personality, or a color-scheme I wasn't crazy about... but THIS one fit my decor tastes to a "T"...it was awesome! The property was thoroughly enjoyable to hang out in, all week, especially during all that heat! Thank you for providing such pleasant surroundings, to make us feel at home!! :)

Really nice accommodations

Property was as advertised. All amenities were great. Distance to the public access to the beach was a reasonable walking distance, but if driving to that area, parking area fills up quickly. Suggest bringing a wagon capable for beach use to transport beach necessities. Only negative experience was lack of available parking space at the accomodations.

Beach break on HHI

The condo was pretty much as described. The condo was adequately equipped for our needs. The condo layout was good. Wireless was terrible. It was not possible to stream anything even when we put all devices, except the TV, on airplane mode. (I noticed that the condo Wi-Fi was provided by Spectrum, which is who I use, so I’m not sure what is being delivered. I did a speed test and got 14 MB download and 9 MB upload.) The condo is a good 15 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is good and far enough away from Coligny Plaza to avoid the crowd noise. Prospective renters should be aware that you can hear all the sounds from the neighboring condos. (Such as a washing machine running at 7:30 on a Sunday morning, dogs barking and people sneezing.) As noted by prior renters, the parking is tight, but it is very manageable. The cleanliness of the condo was just about OK. (We owned a rental property for 10 years on HHI, so we know about the challenges of getting a decent cleaning company.) We did have to wipe down surfaces and empty the Keurig machine. The bed in the master bedroom is OK. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed: 1). The handle on the kitchen faucet needs to be re- attached and tightened. 2). The master bathroom sink drains very, very slowly and needs to be cleaned out. 3). The double mattress on the lower part of the bunk bed needs to be replaced - it’s like an uncomfortable marshmallow.

Fantastic Property

We and our pup loved this condo! The property was very clean upon our arrival. The beachy-themed unit was very comfortable and well maintained. We let the property manager know about an issue with the kitchen sink and he responded very quickly - thank you! The included bikes were found to be salt air damaged and the manager had them replaced promptly. The location was fantastic - close to Coligney shopping and park as well as a quick walk to the beach. We would certainly stay here again!!

Family beach getaway

The unit we stayed in was great…very clean, nicely decorated, and well-supplied. Brought our own beach chairs, but didn’t need them. Theirs were actually better. Nice having access to the two bikes. The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad, but we shortened the time by dropping off with our vehicle and then one or two of us going back and riding down on bikes. It was also awesome for us to be able to have our dog with us. We’d definitely stay at this unit again.

GREAT value in Hilton Head

This condo was exactly what we needed for our week-long stay. PLENTY of room for 2 adults and 2 teenage children (and a dog). The main living area had nice bump out spaces creating lots of room. The bedrooms were spacious, particularly the 2nd bedroom. With the 3 beds (including bunks) you’d expect the room to be cramped but it wasn’t at all. Good size TV in the master bedroom was nice. Kitchen was well-appointed with everything you’d need to prepare a meal or make some cocktails. We couldn’t keep up with the ice maker, which is usually not the case in other rentals we’ve had. We made LOTS of iced beverages and packed small coolers and there was still always ice. Little thing I know, but something worth mentioning! The only small complaint was the wifi wasn’t great, but it also wasn’t so bad as to be a real problem. The condo complex was quiet and centrally located to many popular areas. It was exactly 0.5 miles from the door to the beach, which was an easy walk. There was plenty of green space to take the dog out, and many little poop bag stations throughout the complex made it easy to take care of business! We liked the place so much we talked to the neighbors about how they liked living there. They loved it, and even gave us the name of their real estate agent. Would definitely stay again!

Great Weekend Getaway

My son and I had a great long weekend at your place! The bikes were awesome!!! We rode bikes everywhere - breakfast, ice cream, beach, and a friends house! We enjoyed the pool several times and liked being the only ones there! Great location! We’d stay here again!

Very clean condo with many amenities

This property was in pristine shape. It was very clean, and was stocked with anything you might need on vacation. Even extras like laundry detergent and tinfoil were in the cupboards. The furniture was lovely and comfortable. And, there was a really nice selection of current fiction novels and family games in the family room. I read two books while I was there and greatly appreciated the selections. The internet is dreadful and cut out every 10 minutes or so. The beds were not comfortable. And, the walk to the beach was longer than I would have liked. This definitely is not a beach front or beach view property, but it was described very accurately on VRBO. I did call the property management company twice before coming with questions I had, and they were lovely. Overall, we had a positive stay and would recommend this condo to others. This was our first trip to HHI, and next time I'll book us directly on the beach.
