1842 Beachside Tennis - Sea Pines - 2 Bed 2 Bath Sleeps 6 Hilton Head Rentals

This villa is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit located on the fourth floor, providing stunning views of the Beach, Atlantic Ocean, and Calibogue Sound. Guests can spot dolphins and shrimp boats from the beachfront living room, which is equipped with a 44" flat screen TV. The private balcony is an ideal spot for al fresco dining, with ample seating and an outdoor table that accommodates up to 6 people. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that seats 6 comfortably, as well as a washer and dryer.

The Master Suite boasts a King-sized bed, a 32" flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in glass shower. Guests also have private access to the oceanfront sitting balcony from their bedroom. The beachfront Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen-sized beds, a 39" flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double sinks. The unit balcony is shared by the living space and the guest bedroom occupants. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Outside, guests can enjoy a beachfront pool with spacious decking, a poolside grilling area, and manicured grounds. A private beach path from the pool leads directly to the beach. The Beachside Tennis Villas are a short walk to the South Beach Marina Village, which offers the ever-popular Salty Dog Cafe, as well as live family entertainment, three restaurants, and an assortment of water sports.

Guests of 1842 Beachside Tennis can also rent a bike and explore the miles of bike paths throughout the Sea Pines Resort, or take the free trolley (seasonal) to the Sea Pines Beach Club or the Harbour Town Marina, where they can climb to the top of the Candy Striped Lighthouse.

Please note that the property limits two vehicles and requires an access/parking pass. Smoking/vaping is not permitted, and pets are not allowed. The pool measures 25' x 50' and is 3'-5' in depth.

Host was very good with communication. The view was absolutely perfect! Watched the dolphins and amazing sunset every day with zero obstructions! The condo was very clean, comfortable and well appointed.

We rented this house for a family of four (two adults and two young teens). It was perfect! The balconies are wonderful and provide amazing views. The entire complex was very quiet, a nice surprise. The elevators and beach path are conveniently close to this unit. We didn't know it was on a private beach which kept the crowds down. We saw dolphins and sharks! The interior was very clean. They have a vacuum and Swiffer for mid-stay clean up which is nice. No bugs! The kitchen is small but clean and nicely equipped. The dishes are super cute. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect

The pictures do not do this condo justice. The views are just beautiful. The condo was very clean and everything was tastefully decorated. The beach is a 1 minute walk. We saw dolphins every day from our balcony. You can walk to The Salty Dog, but must drive or bike to other areas. The only things I would have liked is some very basic pantry items like salt pepper etc spantry items, salt pepper etc.

Excellent weekend getaway

We had a lovely stay over Labor Day weekend. The condo was exactly as described and was very neat and clean. The beach is only steps away (as in, the beach access is directly next to the elevator when you come down - no walking half a mile through the condo complex just to get to the access point). The layout of the unit was perfect for 2 families, and the location was great. 15 minutes to various grocery stores and within 20 minutes of countless restaurants. The beach is also very private and quiet, which we loved. My only suggestions would be to (1) add fans in the bedrooms, (2) upgrade to smart TVs (when it rains or during other downtime, it would be nice to be able to log in to a streaming service, especially when you need to cater to kid-friendly entertainment), and (3) stock a few more essentials in the kitchen (salt and pepper, basic spices, and a couple of coffee pods would be a great “extra”) All in all, a great weekend, and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly Appointed

This condo was a great home base for all that Sea Pines and South Beach has to offer! Clean, beautiful views and a short walk to everything you need. Note to purchase your own pantry basics at the Publix on the way into Sea Pines - sugar, coffee, olive oil, etc.

We absolutely loved this condo. The location was amazing, we walked to the South Beach Marina and the Salty Dog Cafe. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning, the deer visited each morning and the view of the water was beautiful. The condo was very clean and well equipped.

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed our stay! Doesn't have all the bells and whistles like some of the other properties but it was crisp and clean and that is what is most important to us! The fridge could use an update (found black mold growing outside the ice dispenser but cleaned as much as I could).

Beautiful area. Very safe and nice. The bathrooms and kitchen had places on counter tops that was left from last guest I guess. I cleaned that all. The back door on the left doesn’t open which would have been nice. The condo wasn’t bad but wasn’t by far the best

Cleanliness and condition of unit was poor

The unit was very outdated. The couch was worn and stained, bedding was old and gross, walls dirty and in need of paint, carpet dirty. The size of the unit and location were nice, but for the price we paid (including all the crazy fees), we would expect the unit to be in better condition.

Great location

Great location, right on the beach. Great view from apartment. Wished that bedrooms didn’t have carpet. We always run all the dishes through the dishwasher before using anyway but some of them were not washed it seemed. Loved the huge balcony where you can eat. Boogie boards were a great plus. They had a lot of cooking vessels, etc which was awesome. Was very useful to have the washer and dryer. Overall a great vacation rental.
