This beautifully decorated, 3 bedroom/3 bath villa is located on the raised 1st floor of the Sea Crest complex and offers direct oceanfront views from most rooms.

To the left of the foyer (Side “B”) is a carpeted master bedroom with a king bed, 40" TV and private balcony where you can see directly out to the ocean. There are two chairs on the balcony to sit and relax with your morning coffee! This bedroom also features a private bathroom with double vanity and a large walk-in shower.

To the right of the foyer (Side “A”) is the main living area and additional two bedrooms. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a chair and a 40” TV. The attached bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom and hallway and has a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
The spacious open living area has brand new plank-style flooring and is tastefully decorated with beach décor. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are four stools at the countertop. The adjacent dining room table seats six. In the living room there is a gray queen sleeper sofa, two accent chairs and a 65” Samsung TV. The sliding door opens to a covered deck with a round table for four that overlooks the resort pool and ocean.

Just off the living area is another master bedroom. This room features a king bed, 40" TV and private access to the main balcony with ocean views. The private master bathroom is nicely updated with a double vanity, large soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.
