Ideal for Beach Lovers, this attractive 5th floor villa offers
exceptional Pool and Ocean Views from its own private
balcony. It is a few steps to the beach or an easy walk to
the new Low Country Celebration Park & Coligny Plaza with
more than 60 shops and restaurants. This villa includes a
large living and dining area, a modern kitchen with stainless
steel appliances, quartz counter tops & laundry area. The
Master Bedroom features a King bed with a Private bathroom.
The Guest Bedroom offers a Queen & Twin bed and Private
Hallway bath. Free Wi-Fi.

Location is great! Property needs some updating, and if you like to keep your AC low, this location would not work for you as the lowest you can go is 70 so the AC unit doesn’t freeze up. Would also recommend updating beds in guest room.

We were very pleased with this condo and it was quiet. It was clean, had everything we needed including 2 beach chairs. It was an easy walk to the beach AND shops and restaurants.

Perfect location. Needs a good cleaning.

The location was great. On the beach, walking distance to coligny. Great pool. The things we liked were the size of the condo, having a washer/dryer, a good balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The property was pretty. Issues: I complained about the condo being dusty upon arrival, and was told they would send one a cleaning person, that never happened. I side kitchen cabinets was grease and mold! The gate to the property was not securely locked, the keypad was disabled, anyone could have access to the property. The property manager was matter of fact and not pleasant.

Great location

Very pleased with the location of this property. Easy walk to Piggly Wiggly and restaurants. Everything was wonderful. Beautiful Condo. Very quiet. A couple of items we thought would enhance/better the stay: 1) A working Keurig 2)beach towels 3) having a box fan to keep cool 4)room darkening shades (lights from the courtyard shone through the shades in the evening)

Perfect Location!

This was everything I hoped it to be for a family vacation with my adult children. Shorewood’s location is perfect. The building and grounds very well kept. The condo was comfortable and the views of the ocean made it relaxing. Loved that we could rent an umbrella and chairs on the beach just off of the walkway. Truly a gem!

Great view and location

Very nice condo. Located in a great location to get to anything on the island. Decor was nice and not over done. View was outstanding and easy access to pool and beach. Would recommend to anyone.

Spring Family Trip

First things first we loved our stay. The place was great and the location in HH is amazing. There was maintenance happening in the unit and complex during our stay but the full extent of the maintenance was not communicated to us beforehand. That said, the host was very responsive and helped remedy the situation. We are happy guests and would gladly stay here again.

Nice condo, could be better appointed

Nice property in a perfect location, but starting to show its age a bit. Could be better appointed. Pillows and bedspread were pretty tired, palcemats were very dirty. Expected a little more in terms of “extras”. No trash bags, no napkins, no tissues, half a roll of paper towels, no sugar, etc. the little things you wouldn’t bring from home unless you were going camping. For the price I’d expect the little stuff, but we had to go buy them all the first day we arrived.

Lovely

We had a lovely stay here. This is our second stay at Shorewood. Love the location and the property itself. This specific property is very nice and has a gorgeous view of the ocean/pool which is perfect for seeing dolphins early in the morning. One complaint I have is the wristbands. The complex gives 6 wristbands that must be worn at the pool. (This is new from when we stayed at Shorewood in 2021.) I was told after the fact that we would be charged $25 for each wristband not returned at the end of our stay. The pool never checked wristbands so it honestly felt like a money grab to me. Left a sour taste in my mouth.

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. There was a bit of a concern that was taken care of as soon as it was possible. We were amazed that though the complex was full we did not hear a lot of noise. Very happy with our stay!

HHI getaway

The condo had almost everything we needed except a nonstick fry pan for breakfast making. One call and it arrived the next day! The sofa and chair since they are a light color could use a cleaning. We paid it forward to the next guests by leaving salt and pepper, napkins and tissues there. We were pleasantly surprised to find laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets as well. We had an awesome weather week and would love to return next year to perhaps stay longer than one week. It was also great to have the bike rentals for the week.

This trip was myself and my 3 daughters. We left all of the guys at home. We had an amazing time hanging at the beach, the pool and just overall relaxing. The place was great to stay at.

Cleanliness/Misc.

The floors had not been cleaned when we checked in. There was food/crumbs on the floor in the kitchen and the bathroom floor had hair all over it. The carpet is worn and it felt like the space could use a little TLC. The location was perfect and the complex was wonderful. We loved the easy access to the ocean and the pool had plenty of room. We would definitely consider staying in Shorewood again. When our key pad stopped working we had very prompt service and they were able to fix in the same day.

Seaturtles were excellent!!

The actual unit 532 Shorewood was ok- the place was clean, but it hardly had any amenities- did not have many things to cook with very basic. Washer and dryer in the kitchen is annoying and very loud!! Iron was sucky and no items for beach or games or any other stuff. No smart TV so no other apps on TV beside Netflix! We had a problem with the AC unit but sea turtles fixed the issue ASAP! Within hours

Lovely and peaceful.

We've been coming to Hilton Head for 43 years. In fact, we previously owned a villa in Sea Pines. Now, we visit when we can. Shorewood is primarily a place for families and this was our 1st visit. We wouldn't stay here with just the 2 of us. This was a nice facility, very clean, the ocean view pretty and pool area was spectacular for children. We rented 4 different units from different managers so that our children and grandchildren could all be together! So, here's our take: Pros: . Decorated as advertised. . Clean facility and property. Cons: . The bed was horrible, very hard. We tried the other one which was so much worse...and we mean worse. . Kitchen needs more pots and pans and frying pans of different sizes. The choice here was not good at all. . Toilet paper was almost see-through. . No tissue in bathrooms. . Toaster only toasted on one side of bread so had to turn bread...frustrating. Toaster was plastic. . Kitchen should have some basic amenities...salt/pepper, crock pot, more kitchen towels/dishcloths, some scrubbers. . No patio table to eat at. No cushions on chairs. Pretty bland. Only chairs with 2 little side tables. I would definitely check first with property managers of different units to ask what amenities are available with different units. They are not all the same. Our children all had units on the 1st level for safety of their children and so that the children could run from the patio onto the grass or for ease in getting to the pool or beach. Their units/patios were much, much nicer with tables and chairs with cushions so that you could at least have breakfast outside. And decorated, so quite charming. We couldn't eat outside in this unit unless you held it in your lap, which we didn't. Additionally, their kitchens were SO well stocked, had beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, tissue in bathrooms, etc. *Check with different property managers first! We don't intend for this to be a negative review, but some suggestions for the owners to make it much easier to rent.

Perfect location, beautiful views

Could not have found a better location on HHI. Tons within walking distance, easy walk to the beach, fantastic pool area. Very well maintained. Would love to see upgraded beds in the future - I contemplated buying a cheap mattress topper for more comfort, and TVs aren’t smart TVs but do have decent channels available, but aside from that perfect stay.

Beautiful view, great stay but no washer dryer

The property is conveniently located just a short walk from Coligny Beach and shops. The unit is comfortable and fully stocked with basic essentials. The management company was great to deal with. My only negative comments are because of there was no working washing machine. I booked this unit mainly for the convenience of a washer and dryer however once we arrived the management company called to say the washer does not work BUT that the owner purchased a new one and it was scheduled to be delivered before the end of our stay. Thay delivery never came. However, the management company stepped in and took all our dirty.cloths.and did our laundry twice. For that we were very grateful. I wouldn't have given a good review otherwise. Too add...the dryer is filled with mold. I wasn't told if that was going to be replaced so if you are keen on having a washer and dryer in your rental unit make sure you call the management company and ask before you book. Otherwise you will love this unit.

Clean & Beautiful Condo

Condo listing and photos were accurate. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was very nice too. The beach location was perfect for us. The only negative — Keurig did not work. We would definitely stay here again.

A Nice Getway for our Little Family

This condo was nice and a great size for us and our 14 mo old daughter. We liked that the master bedroom and bath were in their own section of the condo and could be separated from the rest of the unit by closing the door and keeping the little one contained to the rest of the place. :) It was very nice, recently updated, clean and organized. Although at first we couldn't find the washer/dryer, we finally realized they were located in a kitchen cabinet. The building itself and pool seemed well cared for and we never even saw one bug! The location is nice, you can rent bikes across the street at the Holiday Inn and you can walk to Coligny Park shops/restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay for our first family vacation and would absolutely go back!
