Inbäddat i det privata komplexet vid havet vid Palmetto Dunes finns ett 3 sovrum och 3 badrum med perfekt tillgång till stranden och poolen. Fastigheten har en komplex pool inomhus och ute! Du kommer också att ha tillgång till den komplexa hissen, bubbelpoolen, gymmet och Palmetto Dunes Buggy! Det går inte att säga tillräckligt om hur vackra utsikten är från den här hörnenheten, du kan se havet överallt.

Denna villa ligger på femte våningen, så att du kan se så långt ögat kan se över Atlanten. 1506 Villamare har totalrenoverats. Köket är värd för bänkskivor i granit och apparater i rostfritt stål. De levande möjliggör gott om sittplatser för familjesamtal, lounging och kul!

Denna semester egendom erbjuder två master sviter som ger fullständig integritet. Varje master svit bjuder in dig med en king size-säng och privat badrum. Det tredje sovrummet har två queen size-sängar. Alla sovrum är utrustade med en platt-TV för tittande nöje.

Enjoyed the location and amenities. Kitchen was satisfactory but ice maker didn't work, fortunately the 3rd floor ice maker saved us. The mattresses need to be replaced, lumpy and soft.

Wonderful Family Beach Retreat

This condo was wonderful for our family. The 3 separated bedrooms/bathrooms gave our family of adults their own space with their own ocean view balcony. The living room/dining area provided a generous space for movie watching, game playing and hosting friends. We loved this vacation venue and hope to return!

Great Condo and Location

Our family of 4 including 2 adult children found this unit to be ideal for our week long vacation. The views were incredible and the layout of the unit was ideal. The kitchen was well equipped. We took advantage of the free tennis court time associated with the unit. The adults only pool and hot tub were also much used, although we loved watching the little ones at the beach and the other pool. Property management was very responsive.

Perfect Beach Setting

Perfect spot to watch dolphins in the waves, from the living room or balcony. Layout of the rooms was perfect for sound sleeping; very quiet. Property manager was very helpful and responsive.

Family Vacation

Our Villa was perfect size with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It had great ocean views surrounded with beautiful landscaping throughout Palmetto Dunes. We especially enjoyed bicycling together as a family and playing card and board games.

Spring Break Getaway

Our family had a great time at this condo. It was clean, spacious and had a great view of the Atlantic. The pool was great and plenty warm, despite a couple days of less than ideal temps. The rental company communicated very well throughout the process so we were never confused about what was expected. This unit had plenty for making meals as well as some beach gear which was also a plus.

Really wonderful condo. TVs all had Rokus which was nice. Property was beautiful. Pool was heated. Beach was sandy. Beds were all very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and silverware. No complaints!

Beach front Villamare 3 bedroom condo

Great condo, location, view and host. Condo was clean and well equipped. Online description and pictures were very accurate, no surprises. Loved our stay and host was very responsive. Inside and outside Hot tub/pool was available. Didn’t get to take advantage of some of the activities such as water aerobics, weightlifting class or pickleball class but I would have given a longer stay. Thank you I would stay here again.

Great Rental

This property was wonderful and completely as described. The unit was clean and pretty well equipped. Villamare is a good location with easy access to many of the areas attractions. Great view of the ocean from all three balconies. Spent most nights just sitting out here enjoying the sights and sounds. The only minor issue we had was the balcony door were a bit hard to slide. Other than that it was great.
