Hilton Head Resort är en gated, Beachfront Community med många bekvämligheter och en kort cykeltur till Shelter Cove. Vår villa ligger i den mest populära byggnaden närmast stranden med och utomhuspoolen med utsikt över villan. Detta nyrenoverade och nyinredda 2 sovrum och 2 badrum lägenhet i hjärtat av Hilton Head Island. Enheten har ett fullt utrustat kök med allt du behöver för att laga en full måltid plus gratis wifi och kabel. Det stora sovrummet har en ny queen size-säng och platt-tv. Det 2: a sovrummet rymmer upp till 4 personer med en ny full size säng på ena sidan och en uppsättning dubbla våningssängar på andra sidan. Vi har också en strandkåpa med alla nödvändigheter. Den är utrustad med strandstolar, boogiebrädor, nudlar, sandleksaker, spader, strandvagn, etc. så du har allt du behöver för en dag på stranden. Anläggningen har underbara bekvämligheter. Det finns alltid 24 timmars säkerhet på hela grunden. Det finns 2 utomhuspooler och en inomhuspool. Det finns 6 tennisbanor tillgängliga för användning som tänds också för nattspel. Det finns en strandpromenad till stranden (ca 5-6 minuters promenad) eller om du inte vill gå, erbjuder anläggningen pendelservice (6 sits golfbilar) för att ta dig till och från stranden som går hela dagen under semesterperioden. Coco, på stranden restaurang / bar ligger också i slutet av strandpromenaden. Det är en av bara några restauranger på stranden på ön. Det erbjuder även året runt toaletter även om restaurangen inte är öppen under din vistelse. Utomhuspoolen utanför vår ytterdörr erbjuder också en poolside deli / bar samt cykeluthyrning under sommaren. Anläggningen erbjuder ett utomhusgrillområde om du föredrar att stanna kvar till middag och grill!Orten ligger på mitten av ön så att du kan njuta av miles av cykelvägar på ön. Villa ligger i byggnad nr 1 den mest populära och närmast stranden i Hilton Head Resort. Byggnad nr 3 har ett underbart inomhusområde, det har en uppvärmd pool, badtunna, ångbad (genomgår renovering från och med april 2018), bastu, inomhus spårväg, gym och spelrum. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Hilton head resort but a few upgrades are needed. Pros: - Location to shopping and dining- Clean beach with beach service (chairs and umbrellas) - Beach bar with food- Kitchen with basic supplies- Some beach gear included Cons:- The indoor pool area is old, we checked it out night #1 but we didn’t go back after spotting a very large bug and the smell of the hot tub was off putting. We did not miss it as the beach and outdoor round pool was nice and clean but I’d be remiss not to mention it if someone was counting on using it (it is very similar to a Holiday Inn holidome from the 90s)- If you’re looking for a place to stay right on the water make sure you read the description because it is a bit of a walk to haul all of your beach stuff if the golf cart isn’t running. But that was a nice touch when we could use it!- The condo needs updated pillows, towels and shower curtains to feel a bit cleaner and welcoming. The host was friendly and responsive.

Perfect Location

Communication leading up to our stay was fantastic. We received several emails with information we'd need ahead of time to plan/prepare for our trip. The villa was pretty clean (a bit of sand on the floors, a few items left behind dressers, and some of the owners (we assume) items in the guest bedroom closet). The fridge was immaculate. The dishwasher had black mold inside of it. It had been run prior to our arrival, but we chose not to use it because of the mold. The villa provided plenty of space for our family of six to eat, sleep, and relax inside of. We were thankful that there was plenty of ice already made in the freezer for us to use, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans, utensils for us to use. We prepared all of our meals while there, so we appreciated being set up well for that. (My only suggestion is to have a knife that can work through a watermelon - there were plenty of serrated ones, but not a good ol' sharp guy in there.)Location of the villa is outstanding. There are four buildings, and this villa is the closest to the boardwalk. Parking was plentiful near our villa (We appreciated specific spaces for loading/unloading - awesome idea!). The storage space for the beach items was SO close to the boardwalk - prime location. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub in building three and the pickleball courts. The walk was fine to those, and there is a way to get to them through all the buildings.

Family fun!

We are a family of five and we loved staying here. It was clean and plenty of towels provided. We spent most of our time at the beach which was a close walk and Cocos had great smoothies that we enjoyed after a hot day at the beach. Shopping for groceries was a very short drive and all sort of restaurants and other shops were fun to visit. The host was very easy to contact with any questions we had.

We loved this place! The condo was in a great location in building one where the beautiful outdoor pool was. The entrance area overlooked the pool, while the balcony from inside the unit overlooked the lagoon. The condo was very nice and comfy. Great beds and everything we needed. It accommodated our family of 5 great (4 of us being adults)!The storage location with the beach wagon and supplies was in the best location, right near the path to go to the beach. We loved the stroll over the lagoon to get to the beach. The wildlife was awesome! The beach was beautiful and Coco's on the Beach had great food! The resort had so much to offer. The indoor pool was great for our one rainy day- a really special space. Overall, a great spot to stay right in the center of the island.

The condo was in a great location, close to beach and shopping. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the beach chairs and wagon provided, the condo itself was nicely stocked. It was easy check-in/out. Ron was very quick to respond to any question I had. Overall great stay, perfect for a girl's weekend and would highly recommend!

Wedding

The villa was decorated in a beach scene. It was very clean and organized. The property was clean and the out door pool was nice. We enjoyed the bar and grill at the pool. Wedding was in front of Cocos and they hosted the reception. I would like to thank our host.

Great little condo with everything you need. Great location to explore Hilton Head and a short drive to Savannah. The onsite amenities are great especially the indoor pool for the kids.

Condo was very clean and in good condition. Well stocked and as described. Walk to beach was a bit longer than expected. We left halfway through our stay due to a few unusual issues - the water temperature in shower and also, no fault of the owner of this unit, but construction noise, hammering and all day grinding of the floor in unit directly above made it impossible to relax or even hear the TV.

Great condo and location!!

Loved the unit and we enjoyed our stay. The gate check in went very smoothly and they directed us to the unit. It is three flight up, but thankfully they had an elevator. The resort is located very close to everything in Hilton head.

Nice place close to the beach

This rental is a great little spot and nicely located on the property. However if you are a light-sleeper you should know that there is a pool in the middle of this particular building. This means that until the pool closes at 11pm, noise reverberates into the front bedroom (with the regular bed and two bunk beds). It did get nice and quiet after hours, at least in our experience. There are a few irritating quirks with the water pressure and water temp in the showers but found the bath/tub combo shower to be most useful. Appreciated the extra pantry items like s&p, cooking oil, etc and the locker full of beach toys/chairs/cart.
