146 Beachwalk provides luxury vacationing at its finest. This immaculately updated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome offers two living spaces, fully renovated kitchen and bathrooms and stylish furnishings throughout.

As you walk through the entrance, you'll find yourself in the front living area, which features coastal décor, a flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa. A little further into the home, you'll find an open living space with another sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and access to the private patio.

This living area is open to the dining room, which seats 6 comfortably. Another 3 seats can be found at the kitchen bar. The stunning kitchen features stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counters and Keurig coffeemaker.

All 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The spacious master features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private ensuite. This unbelievable bathroom features double sinks, oversized walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead and a separate water closet.

The queen guest room also has a flat screen TV and a renovated private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The twin guest room has a flat screen TV and access to an updated hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Beachwalk is the closest villa complex to the beach in Shipyard and has an on-site communal pool. In addition, the golf and racquet clubs, and the Sonesta Resort are close by. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
