  • The Breakers Villas, located directly on the beach, offer comfortable 1-bedroom accommodations perfect for singles, couples, and small families. The complex boasts an adult and children's swimming pool, a spacious patio with chaises and tables, and beach access. Guests of 216 Breakers can enjoy stunning oceanfront views from their private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living room, which features a Queen Sleep Sofa and Flat Screen TV. The villa is furnished with a Queen bed, hall bath with Tub/Shower combo, and stackable washer & dryer. The recent addition of two elevators ensures easy access for guests. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

    Beyond the beach, Breakers is located across the street from Coligny Plaza, a shopping center with a movie theater, nearly fifty shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of numerous other stores and restaurants. The Van Der Meer Tennis Center, which offers seventeen courts, is less than a mile away, and you'll find a myriad of biking trails nearby as well.

    Additionally, this stretch of beach includes Coligny Beach Park, with walking and biking paths, volleyball nets, a splash pad for kids, and gazebos with rockers and porch swings perfect for watching the sunrise over the Atlantic. Great location. Nice condo. The bathroom is starting to show mildew and the shower drain was very slow, but both things are pretty typical for the climate and amount of sand that probably goes down that drain. All in all it was a great condo with an outstanding view. Highly recommend.

View from room was great. On the down side, dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we arrived, Bathtube poorly drained so had to stand in 5 inches of water to shower. TV in bedroom couldn't get to connect to cable services, tried asking guest services with no response.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The glass sliding door was sticking to the point it would not close, microwave went out , they never offered to bring one to put on the counter, the ice maker wasn’t working correctly, the electrical outlet on the island not attached to island comes out when you use it. No stopper in the bathroom sink .

Balcony light and light outside entry door were out- several comments about this in previous posts. Very little storage in bedrm- what was there was full of pillows. Curtain in living area needs to cover entire window. Bedrm window needs blind also to block light from exterior hallway. Tub/shower did not drain- had to turn water off multiple times to finish shower before tub overflowed. We bought Draino— it helped some. Kitchen sink drain was nasty- we got stuck on gunk off and it looked a bit better.

Fantastic location! Beautiful view of beach from inside and on the balcony of the property. Walks on either side of the balcony blocked the wind and so with the sun shining in, even in February we could enjoy being warm. I would stay here again.

Couples Getaway

Great location. Love the addition of the elevators. We were granted early check in which was wonderful. Really appreciated that. Sliding doors need work- very hard to open.

It is a good location in the complex, with great views. It was clean, comfortable and had a nice layout. The kitchen was attractive and had good amenities. The deck flooring was a newer synthetic wood and was smooth and comfortable. The bottom line is we will return and that says it all.

Great locstion

Location was great. Property was well furnished, nice touch having extras like towels, bags, etc for our convince. Bathroom and kitchen was very clean but the rest of the condo could have been better. Was disappointed that the tv was not a art tv, we like to watch Netflix and prime in the evenings.

Great Location

Our stay was great. We had a wonderful time. As far as the room goes it was very comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. The shower was GREAT. A combination of the water pressure and the shower head. Best ever. The sliding door to the balcony was really hard to open and close but we managed. Perfect location for the beach, shopping and all great restaurants were within walking distance. Parked when we arrived and never got in the vehicle again until we left. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Small condo suitable for 2 people. Great location and super convenient to beach. Condo nicely fully equipped. The dryer didn’t seem to dry properly so not sure what was going on with that. Bed and furniture is a bit aged but trip was really about the beach. I was able to reserve this condo after another rental in this same building fell through so it was not my first choice but it served its purpose.

Great location

Enjoyed the view, beach & short walk to restaurants. Had a power outage & lost internet for a few days but rental company was very helpful & got us up & running. Balcony sliding door was difficult to open, track needs cleaned or oiled. Took a few days to figure out combo washer/dryer. I would recommend this place for a couple, not someone with kids.

The property was great! Good view - super convenient to the area! The hot water heater was broke upon arrival - they got it fixed for us, but we went a couple days without- we thought the hot water heater was fixed but it only allowed for a 10 -15 min shower and it got cold - we would have to take turns showering and then waiting between showers to have hot water -the property manager was contacted about this but after we told him there was no follow up and the last we spoke it was “I’ve known the guy who fixed it for years” & we ended up just having to deal with it, because he never got back with us - customer service was a bust I felt completely dismissed & that what I needed didn’t matter
