Njut av detta vackra hem, bara nÄgra steg till de hisnande strÀnderna pÄ Hilton Head Island. 14 Bittern ligger lÀngs North Forest Beach och bara en kort promenad till Coligny Plaza butiker, restauranger och underhÄllning. Njut av den frÀmre siktade verandan pÄ morgonen för kaffe eller kvÀll för ett glas vin. Det stora bakre dÀck har utsikt över 23 x 12 "poolen nedan. Det finns en propangrill och sittplatser pÄ bakre dÀck i minst 8. Tillbringa tid med att koppla av i solen pÄ det nyligen utökade pooldÀcket. Strax utanför pooldÀcket kan du njuta av det luftkonditionerade spelrummet med ping-pongbord och sittplatser.

NÀr du kommer in i hemmet kommer du att hÀnda pÄ det rymliga vardagsrummet med platt-TV, uppdaterade möbler och högt vÀlvda tak. Till vÀnster Àr svit med sovrum med en king size-sÀng och tillgÄng till verandan pÄ framsidan. Det finns ett privat badrum med separat badkar och dusch i befÀlhavaren ocksÄ. Till höger om vardagsrummet finns det första gÀstrummet med en dubbelsÀng och tillgÄng till verandan. GÀstrummet har ett privat pulverrum. Det bakre högra sovrummet har ocksÄ en dubbelsÀng och tillgÄng till bakdÀck. Detta sovrum har ocksÄ ett privat pulverrum. BÄda dessa drottningens sovrum Àr anslutna till ett badkar med delat badkar / dusch. Det finns ytterligare tvÄ sovrum pÄ övervÄningen, vardera med 2 enkelsÀngar. Enjoyed our stay!

The house was as described and perfect for our family. Pool was cleaned twice during our stay and house was clean. Bedrooms were perfect for our family. Property is truly less than a minute from the beach and 2 minutes to Coligny Plaza. Only hesitation is the front steps are steep going down - the backyard steps have been redone and are better - especially when you’re carry stuff down for the beach. This was minor for us and we would have no hesitation staying here again.

Great location to Coligny & Beach

Every year we rent a home near Coligny. This being the first that is so close and it was nice. The home itself had everything we needed. New appliances which were nice. The furnishings were good, it's a rental so nothing is perfect. Loved the screened in porch off master bedroom. The pool area is nice but sadly I didn't think we needed to pay for heating since it was end of Sept. Didn't realize it doesn't get much sun at all and the water was too cold. That will probably keep us from renting this home again since the pool is nice in the evenings for the kids to swim and burn off energy.

A great getaway

Clean and close to everything. Very well managed property. Not for the five star luxury crowd, but for my family and my sisters’ with young kids, it was the perfect location at a good price with great service and amenities. We would choose this property again!

Hilton Head

The outdoor area/decks and pool area were all dirty. Improved after cleaning on Wednesday. No internet for more than 1/2 the time. No TV. Floors dirty/made feet dirty. We thought it was a full week/really only 5 full days. Noisy and filled with people. Early morning lawn care was nosiy. Difficult to drive around. We like a more layed back atmosphere.

The location was closer to the beach than I imagined, just about 4 houses away. Also, just steps from the shops and restaurants at coligny center. Wonderful space!! Exceeded all expectations.

Fabulous location

Well-appointed home that is very close to the beach and Coligny shopping. Kids loved the ping pong table and the beach wagon was really helpful. Beds were comfortable and the screen porch was nice.

Great Location

Had a wonderful time staying at this house with my family. It has a great location close to both the beach and Coligny Plaza. We played lots of ping pong and enjoyed the pool every day.

Wonderful trip

Location was perfect! House was clean, well stocked. Pool was nice, ping pong room was a big hit! We went with another family, 6 kids total from 11-17yrs old. Nice to be close to all the restaurants, beach was super close. Highly recommend and would stay again in this home!!

Best Place Ever

3 bedrooms downstairs for 6 adults and 2 bedroom upstairs - 8 and 6 yr old girls in one and 4 yr old boy in another. It worked great. Very large atrium/living room space. Nice deck off kitchen/dining room. Great pool downstairs and another shaded spot under deck by the pool. And, within short walk to the beach and Coligny Square shopping. We will be back - probably in 2 years. And what's not to like about Hilton Head? The bike paths are all over the island and mostly off the roads.

Awesome stay in HHI

The location of this property can't be beat. It's a few hundred feet to both the beach and Coligny plaza so the accessibility to everything you may need during a stay is amazing. The house itself was really nice, plenty of space for my wife and I, two kids, and a set of grandparents. The pool on property was cleaned twice during our visit and we had it heated which was well worth it. The rental staff was very attentive, helping us with questions that came up and even getting the internet up and running after an outage. I would 100% stay here again and would 100% recommend this property.

Great location

My family along with some friends stayed for about a week. I thought the location was perfect, food, shops, coffee, and groceries are all within a few hundred feet. And of course the beach is at the end of the block. The house was obviously in the process of being upgraded but in good condition. The only complaint we have is the tiny shower in the master bath. We really enjoyed the deck and screen porch as well. They even had an extra propane tank for the grill incase we ran out. We don't plan on vacationing to HH again but I feel like I got my money's worth with this rental.

Great location

This property is in a great location with the beach just a short walk as well as stores and restaurants all within 500ft. Overall the property was nice. The kitchen was recently updated. Some of the furniture was a little drab. The pool was nice but expensive to heat and was very shaded with lots of debris finding its way into the pool.

PERFECT LOCATION and great space!

The location was perfect - super close to beach and shops/restaurants. The space was really great, with a great, spacious deck and super fun pool. I cannot say enough great things about this property! My only complaint is that a few of the beds are in pretty bad shape as in big dips in the mattress. We ended up leaving a day early as our lower backs were really hurting.
