The location is convenient to Celebration Park with the pirate ship playground and The Sandbox Children's Museum. Celebration Park often has live music in season. Coligny Plaza is close by for live music, restaurants and shopping. with over 60 shops and restaurants it's a great place to spend an evening. Coligny Beach Park is the town's most popular beach park and the famous Tiki Hut is right there on the beach.

The villa has just been updated and has an open kitchen/living area floorplan with renovated kitchen including new cabinets, quartz countertops and sea glass backsplash. There is an exterior deck that has chairs and a grill. The deck box contains everything you need for your beach adventures; an umbrella, wagon, toys, chairs and a rolling cooler. You can relax at the large pool area for swimming and sunning. The beach is just a 12 minute walk from the complex.
