Denna enhet vetter inte mot havet, utan Àr bara nÄgra steg till stranden. GÀster som bor i Ocean One 504 har utsikt över landskapet och behöver inte korsa en gata för att nÄ Atlanten och dess vita sandstrÀnder. 5: e vÄningen havssidan lÀgenhet rymmer upp till 8 personer. Kung i BR1, TvÄ drottningar i BR2 och en bÀddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Efter timmar i brÀnningen, skölj semesterfirare under utomhusdusch som ligger pÄ komplexets privata strand gÄngvÀg och dopp sedan i poolen vid havet. Ocean One har lagt till ett helt nytt grillomrÄde till komplexet strax utanför poolen. Ocean One Àr en hissbyggnad med fem vÄningar som ligger i South Forest Beach. Ocean One Àr bland de bekvÀmligheter som erbjuds i hela Hilton Head Island, ett kvarter frÄn Coligny Beach Market, ett pittoreskt centrum som erbjuder gÀsterna ett brett utbud av restauranger, shoppingplatser och underhÄllning för alla Äldrar.
Denna enhet har renoverats 2016, Nytt golv, Nytt kök, Badkar, alla nya möbler!

Great Vacation Stay

Check in was so easy, and we were able to check in early The property was fabulous. Well taken care of. The pool always clean and plenty of room. The area was really hopping with music and families. Our villa was beautiful. Loved the decor. We willcome back.

Not bad but not great

The location of the property and communication were excellent. Easy check in, plenty of parking, and right on the beach and beneath the pool. Also, right next to coligny and didn’t have to drive anywhere if we didn’t want to. However, the condo is in need of some upgrades. We were greeted with a really musty smell when we arrived and it never really went away. Couch is super worn and could be replaced. Pillows were paper thin and felt too used. I believe due to this and more that this was priced the way it was. Overall, not bad, but not tremendous.

Beautiful Beach location

This was just one of 3 units we rented in the property for a family vacation of 15. This unit was more updated than the other units. My only wish for this one was a ceiling fan or at least a portable fan. It’s a 5th floor unit and the balcony faces the parking lot, but the price reflected that. The Beach and pool were awesome!

Our stay was great - the only reason I gave cleanliness three stars was because the property was under construction and the surrounding area was messy but our unit was clean!! It is also right next door to the Tiki bar and there were some amazing bands playing every day - we could sit out by the pool and hear the live music which was great!

Great little getaway

Just looking for a quick last minute long weekend trip. This property popped up. Perfect location, especially with teenagers. Next to Colligney shopping and lots of restaurants. Very active beach scene for the teenagers, but still family friendly. The condo was clean and had all the amenities I could ask for. Perfect.

Week in Hilton Head

The property location was great. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable. The condo needed a deep clean and then a good cleaning after each use. We found other guest stuff and floors ceilings and vents were flirty. Dining room table had crumbs and food on it when we arrived on our first day.

Great location

This was a great location and clean unit. You can walk or bike to so many different locations. Even driving is a breeze. The beach was nice and the tiki bar next door was very happening and convenient.

Seashore 504

Kitchen was nice. Living room area had only one table lamp and it did not function properly. Low wattage bulb that had to be screwed in and out to turn off/on. Bathrooms had been partially updated. 2nd bathroom shower did not operate properly. Never could get a full flow of water from shower head. Sink lacked stopper. In my opinion 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom was too much. Had little room to move around.

Left behind 2 items in condo, never recovered

We had a great experience and condo was very nice. However, we accidentally left behind a necklace and cooler in condo after checkout. I called to report and the cleaners never turned it in. So I was unable to recover my cooler and necklace.
