This beautifully renovated and newly furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa provides guests with a perfect Hilton Head getaway!

The open concept floor plan features a comfortable living area with plenty of seating, a wall-mounted Smart TV and access to the private deck overlooking the lagoon. The deck space has seating for 4 around a dining table, two lounge chairs and a gas grill. There's also a bistro set, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktails!

Back in the home, you'll find a dining area with seating for 6. There is additional seating for 2 at the kitchen breakfast table as well. The kitchen looks out to the dining and living area. The well-appointed kitchen has new counters and cabinets with soft-close doors, stainless appliances and everything you'll need to cook a meal for your guests.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted Smart TV and access to the porch through sliding glass doors. The ensuite bathroom has a gorgeously tiled, large walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom features two queen size beds, a wall-mounted Smart TV and access to similarly renovated bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The owner has provided 4 adult bikes for guests to enjoy during their stay!

Guests staying in Lake Forest can enjoy the on-site community pool and tennis courts. The easily accessible bike paths can quickly get you to the beach, the Sea Pines Beach Club, Lawton Stables, Harbour Town or the Sea Pines Center. A free trolley service is offered seasonally as well.

Sea Pines requires each vehicle to have a gate/car pass. Car passes are $17.00 per car per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
